The figure could now be easily identified as a girl. She wore a black cat suit similar to one that Natasha Romanoff usually had on during missions. There was an array of guns and knives around her belt and holsters on her thighs, plus additional weapons like electric gloves and grenades. Her light brown hair was in a long French braid that went down to the middle of her back. The girl quickly turned on the heels of her black combat boots and looked at Angel.
"We need to get going. The guards will have realized what I did any moment," she said ignoring Angel's question. Her voice held a thick British accent and her bright amber eyes studied the situation.
"What did you do?" Irene said as she groaned on the ground.
The girl seemed to just notice Irene as her eyebrows scrunched together. "You don't need to know because you're not coming," she said quickly before wrapping her hand onto Angel's arm and pulling her towards the door.
"Um, no I'm not just going to leave Irene to die!" Angel screamed at the girl.
"Yes you are. I was told to protect you, and only you!"
"Hell no! I'm not coming with a girl who won't save an innocent person, especially if I don't even know there name!"
"Rose, okay!"
"What?!" Angel snapped at the mysterious person.
"You asked what my name was, it's Rose. May we leave now? I'll save her as long as you follow my instructions," the girl snapped while walking over to Irene. She grabbed her uninjured arm and roughly shoved her to a standing position.
"Fine!" Angel stormed over to the hole in to the roof and now noticed that a ladder was hanging down. She slowly grabbed the ladder and noticed that a helicopter was hovering over head. Way to be subtle
Angel quickly climbed into the helicopter and had to wait while Rose impatiently helped Irene up. Then Rose hopped into the front seat and grabbed the controls turning the plane at a sharp angle. Then Angel noticed James hopelessly trying to out run HYDRA agents chasing him.
"We have to help him!" Angel screamed.
"No," Rose said almost expecting Angel to say that.
"You can take down those three easily. Plus the quicker you help him the faster we can get out of here."
Rose cursed under her breath as she quickly turned and grabbed the rope hanging over the edge if the helicopter.
"This is the last time! I'm not a god damn charity."
Then she jumped out. She landed behind the agents who cornered James. Then she easily placed three bullets to make them each fall dead. James understood the situation and followed Rose onto the helicopter without questions. Once he got up he glanced at Angel then back to Rose.
"Long story," Angel said as she motioned towards the seat across from her. James grabbed the last headset before sitting and looking out the window. Irene was slowly fading of to sleep as she held her arm in her hand.
"I think the only thing I have is time," he said watching the city's skyline recede as we sped away. Angel smiled and looked at James.
"Yeah, but like you I don't know half of it either." She turned to Rose and watched her suspiciously.
"I'm not telling you until I am ordered to," Rose said not even flinching. James now turned towards Rose and looked at her.
"Do you happen to be from England?" He said referring to her British accent.
"Yes, is that a problem?"
"No, just I figured a SHIELD spy would be American."
"Well I used to, technically still am I guess," she said using her accent strongly.
