7 Indictments and 2 Deceased.

Around the years of 2009-2010 I was hit with 7 sealed indictments within a year charges including Burglary 2nd x3, Trafficking In A Controlled Substance 1st x 3, Theft By Unlawful Taking Under $500 x6, Criminal Mischief 1st x1 and a few other charges I can't exactly remember....There was a guy breaking in houses which I supposedly had knowledge. Anyways what started all my involvement in the matter is he was caught breaking into a house close to mine and because I didn't even try to get my dad to bond him out I guess had no desire to after he called me from the jails phone telling me he was in jail and I knew why.

"When honestly why would I know why he was in jail " I knew at that point when he called at 2am as I yawned as if I was asleep I knew exactly what he was about to do. And sure enough he lied, wrote Qa statement saying I had broken into a house with him it was all my idea and so on. Personally I've never been one to break into any house I guess I value life too much.

With that I mean I wouldn't want to be shot by a home owner considering they have legal right by the "Kentucky Castle Law" once that threshold is broke they can legally protect their household and shot you I know a girl whose brother was shot and killed breaking into a residence.

During all this the accusation of me being with him breaking in this house well all charges were dismissed regarding that case. This was far from the end though

During a court date Lisa Nalley Martin stated very plainly I was under investigation for several Burglary's in the Lebanon, KY area. Her saying that so freely kind of shocked me. Officer David Ford was the head officer investigating my case. This was all drug out for the next several years 2 years to be exact during those several years I attended His House Recovery Home located in Bowling Green, KY I was kicked out with 2 weeks to graduate and my boss Whitney soon took me to Quest House which Russ Hopper (whom has a book published himself in recent years he sold the rehab to a treatment facility known as Journey Pure) Quest House was also located in Bowling Green, KY on Russellville Rd.

I graduated this program I believe shortly before I arrived home to Lebanon Ofc.David Ford the cop who had me under investigation was shot in the back of the head (Capital Murder) by his wife.

When this took place the guy that had accused me of breaking into a house with him had recorded a 2.5 hr tape on me explaining any and all criminal activity I was currently or had supposedly been involved in. After graduating from Quest House a 28 day Rehab program. My fiancé at the time had dropped me off at Elmer Georges office (the attorney who had years prior represented the Cornbread Mafia)....I was speaking to him about my current pending charges when in a matter of 5-10 minutes as I sat in his law library they come over the speaker saying Elmer, Detective. Russell Decker & Steve Masterson are here for Dustin......."What the hell is it now I thought"

Well here they come and stated Elmer. We've got 3 Sealed Indictments for your client her the indictments were from a 2 Yr. Trafficking Investigation. Honestly in my head I thought I was gone for 20 years at least. Turns out it was CI 15-403 My ole lady's cousin had gotten me, her, her mom, granddaddy ,etc. we all knew each other 19 of us total so much of it was family I have no clue how nobody got hit with Organized Crime.

Maybe it was just how I was blessed as well when the detective and masterson came to arrest me at my attorney's office Elmer immediately took my phones I had 2 of them.

I was charged with 3 Counts of 1st Degree Trafficking In A Controlled Substance (700 Sum Worth of Red OxyContin 60s and 300 Sum of Purple Morphine 30s) amended down to 2nd Degree T.I.C.S and 6 T.B.U.T under $500 (The laws had recently changed that year so the TBUTs where now misdemeanors.

So here's how it all played out after Ofc. Ford was killed by his wife the recorded tape went up missing and 2 weeks before I was going to take the Burglary's and all to trial WJM overdosed and died on Xanax and Methamphetamine.

There was no actual physical evidence on me and everything they had to use against me was gone. I always said that was a blessing from God I probably wouldn't be writing a book on Watt pad if it didn't play out like that.

So, in the end I took a Pre-Trial Diversion 5 for 5, 2 Years, 2 people died and $33k was paid. Which I have only managed to pay my father $10k of it back. All I can say is I was truly blessed by how everything played out I hate that people died during it All. But I guess that was God doing for me what I couldn't do for myself.
