Chapter 19

As Noel works her siren magic I sit back and wait for the twins to break. They can't resist her. The images she's pushing into their minds are so vivid and wild.

Bass breaks first turning to face me. A thin layer of sweat coats his forehead. His eyes are glowing because of his arousal.

Keep it up Noel.

"Aspen, tell her to stop!" Bass yells at me through his teeth.

"I can't. I need to help."

Bass grabs my face before pulling me in for a kiss. I don't kiss back but he doesn't seem to notice. He can't control what Noel is doing to him and his brother.

Stark yanks me out of Bass' hold and onto his lap. I can already feel his member growing under me.

"This is so wrong Luna." Stark says. His voice is full of shame.

"This is the only way. I'm sorry guys."

Just like his brother Stark kisses me. I will not let it go farther then this. I just needed a way to get out of the car and to my mates.

I'm going to need you to keep it up but in their minds only. Make them think they are dreaming and I'm still with them.

I never done that before Aspen.

You have to try. They won't let me out of the car. I need to help. I need to get revenge for my father.

I'll do my best Aspen.

That's all I ask.

Once Noel has both twins in a dream like state I slip out of the car. It's only two miles from here to the old house. A lot can happen in two miles so I quickly change my jog to a run.

I don't like the fact that I can't feel my mates. I have a very uneasy feeling about it. They can't be dead maybe hurt but not dead. Nieve howls in my head at my outrageous thoughts.

"Just one more mile. Everything will be over soon." I tell myself as I push myself to run faster.

I know I'm close when the grass starts to reach my knees. This place isn't kept at all. King of nothing he is.

I stop running to better defend myself. I can smell blood and sense multiple wolves and hybrids.

With my perfect sight and the moonlight aiding me I creep up behind a car. The sound of quiet sobbing stops me from moving forward to the ugly house.

I know who it is so I follow it with caution. This could be a trap. "It's going to be okay." The small voice says.

No one answers back.

"Bailey?" I whisper.

"Aspen?" She coughs and then sniffles.

I walk closer to the pair. It's Levi. He's lying on the overgrown grass and weeds with an open gash in his chest. He should be healing but he's not at all.

"Levi." I say bringing my hand to his wound.

I'm fine Luna.

No you're not Levi.

Please do me one favor, you have to make her leave.

I can't do that. She's going to need your help to get to Kansas. You're not dying on my watch.

"Bailey, I'm going to bite him. Heal him. I don't know if there will be side effects but it will heal him." I say waiting for her to nod or speak so I know she is listening. "Now listen to me. After I bite him. You drive far from here. No matter what he tells you to do you don't stop. Not until you reach Kansas or California. Do you understand?"
