"Minghao, random question," Wonwoo looked up from his book for a moment "who do you think it is?" Minghao glanced up from his phone and bit his lip. "You don't have to answer,"
"Um," Minghao hummed "I don't really know but... maybe... ah, I feel bad, but Jeonghan?" Wonwoo nodded, he found it to be a sound theory. "I don't know, he's just suspicious? But that's also pretty normal for Jeonghan."
"True," Wonwoo placed a bookmark inside his book and put it down next to him "you know Minghao. We don't know who's next - but since we both know it isn't either of us, I hope you like the sound of dying together." Minghao dropped his phone "It sounds morbid, but I'm not exactly going to leave your side - well, you haven't exactly left mine either."
"It's because I'm scared, Wonwoo. I don't want to die." Minghao whispered, "Can you fix that?"
"I'm not magical, Minghao, but I'm working on it."
"Hey, Wonwoo, do you think you could go out and do the shopping?" Junhui asked "Seungcheol told me to do it but I have to go to work soon,"
"I'm using the group account, right? When I pay?" Wonwoo asked, he didn't really want a repeat of last time he went shopping. He still hasn't been paid back for it. "I'm taking your silence as a yes, Jun," Wonwoo stood up, "Come on, Minghao, let's go."
"Does he have to go with you." Junhui asked "I was thinking of playing games and I thought he'd like to join?"
"Travelling in groups is better these days Jun, you know - safer. Besides, how am I supposed to carry all those bags by myself?" Wonwoo wasn't taking any chances at this point. He knew Minghao was safe, so he figured that would be his best bet. "Ask Jeonghan to play with you," Wonwoo suggested as he got up to leave "And if he's dead when I get back just know that's it's obvious it's you."
"You're just as suspicious of me, as I am of you." Junhui said.
"I guess so," Wonwoo muttered before sliding past him. "Minghao, do you want anything? Like ice cream, or chips?" Minghao shakes his head. The two of them leave the house and walk in silence all the way to the grocery store. "Minghao, do you think you could get apples from over there. Don't worry, I've got my eye on you." Wonwoo pointed at the pile of apples not very far from them. Wonwoo began collecting bananas in bag, looking up occasionally at Minghao to check if he was okay.
"Wonwoo, don't we need milk?" Minghao picked up a carton of milk, Wonwoo nodded. Minghao began looking around aisles and just putting in whatever he thought would be good. Wonwoo let a small smile fall onto his face. Minghao hasn't looked this... okay, in a while. "And I can make this for dinner one night, it's really good - I used to eat it a lot as a kid. Maybe when not all of us are home though, I'm not that confident in my skills. Ah, but then the others will miss it because they're at work... or dead."
"At work, Minghao, they'll be at work." Wonwoo assured him, Minghao nodded and turned back to the food in the aisle.
"Hey, about those chips... I kinda want them now," Minghao smiled sheepishly, Wonwoo shrugged "But I don't think we can afford it."
"Since when were you a maths genius?" Wonwoo raised his eyebrows
"I'm just guessing, and I didn't bring my money." Minghao's face fell and he walked away from the chips.
"Hey, I'm here too and as long as you give me some - I'll buy them," Wonwoo called out to Minghao who turned around excitedly and began putting chip packets into the basket "How hungry are you? Don't get this many chip packets, I'm not rich." Wonwoo began putting some away,
"Not that one, I like that flavour the most!" Minghao complained, putting it bag in the basket. Wonwoo laughed, "What?"
"Nothing, Minghao, I'm sorry." Wonwoo got himself together and sighed "Let's go and pay now,"
