Not much time had really pasted before the next person was killed, only about two weeks? It made Wonwoo feel uneasy, someone was specifically targeting the thirteen of them and killing them off one by one. The remaining eleven sat around the TV eating some chewy ramen - something that just made everyone miss Mingyu more.
"Who do you think it is?" Junhui asked out of the blue, everyone ignored him at first - not really wanting to think about it.
"I think it's one of us, personally." Jeonghan suggested, several people dropped their chopsticks. Ripping their eyes away from the suddenly, no longer entertaining TV to stare at him.
"What are you saying?" Seokmin leaned away from him. "Why would it be one of us? We're all friends! Don't you trust us." Jeonghan nodded,
"Of course I trust all of you, it's just a little theory - let's just leave at I've been reading too much at the moment." Jeonghan patted Seokmin on the shoulder, encouraging him lean back over.
"You don't read," Wonwoo muttered "but yeah, sure. Great theory." He looked over at Minghao and tapped him on the leg, "You're still sleeping in my room, right?" The younger boy nodded, wiping some food from the side of his mouth he looked into the hallway and straight in the direction of his room.
Other than Minghao having to go in their daily to get clothes, which thoroughly terrified him, no one else went into the room. "Of course I am, I've almost managed to get most of my stuff out so I won't have to go in there again." The room had been a police site for the entirety of the previous week, leaving Minghao no choice but to take up the burden of sleeping in the bed that was once Mingyu's.
He had tried to make light of the situation by claiming that he might contract some of Mingyu's skills by doing this, but no one really found it funny. Not even Minghao himself.
"Do you want me to go in their instead? You get really stressed going in there, it might be better if I go," Wonwoo suggested, hoping this would comfort the boy. Minghao pondered the thought for a moment; not really wanting to burden Wonwoo, but he also really didn't want to go in there again. He decided that he'd much rather Wonwoo go in there, so he nodded. "Okay, I'll do that for you." Wonwoo stood up "I'll get it out of the way now, do you just want me to bring some more clothes and few other things?" Minghao looked up at Wonwoo, several noodles were hanging out of his mouth - forcing Wonwoo to try him best not to laugh.
"Yeah, that'll do. Thank you so much." Minghao said, his voice muffled due to the food in his mouth. Wonwoo put his bowl into the sink and headed towards Minghao's former room, cracking open the door; he almost shut it again - the room reeked of death.
The second of the thirteen to die had been Seungkwan, Minghao walked in on his dead body just after having a shower and it scared him senseless. Wonwoo grimaced at the blood spatters on the floor, he looked around for any sign of anything that might be a hint towards who the killer is. It was really hard for police to pinpoint who the killer was; especially with thirteen boys sharing an apartment. There were multiple fingerprints on everything.
Picking up a few shirts, shorts and other essentials like underwear, jackets, socks and shoes - he piled it all into Minghao's suitcase which was still sitting there from his last trip to China about a month ago. He opened up another draw that, from Wonwoo's understanding, contained a whole bunch of accessories; Minghao is a stylish person. He picked up a few boxes of stuff before spotting a pice of paper, his hand ran over it my mistake. Taking it out he wasn't sure if it was okay to look at it - but, then again, why would Minghao his pieces of paper in his accessory draw?
Unfolding it he found there wasn't much more than an a few sentences of writing.
Well isn't it funny?
Seungkwan's dead too.
And now hey, guess what?
I'm coming for you.
Reading it sent chills down his spine, he kinda hoped this was fake - but he wasn't too sure. It seemed pretty real. Placing back in the drawer he decided it was best to just pretend he didn't see it. Taking a few of Minghao's other things he shoved them into the suitcase too, promptly shutting it he exited the room hurriedly.
"What were you doing in there?" Junhui stopped to ask him, noticing the suitcase he nodded now that he understood the situation "Right, getting stuff for Minghao. Poor thing, it'll be shame once he goes - he's such a pure and sweet kid."
"It'll be a shame when any one of us go, Jun," Wonwoo pointed out. Junhui nodded in agreement. "You know that's very true," He stayed where he was for a second longer "Not to be selfish, but I hope I'm not next. I agree with Jeonghan, I think it's one of us - I want to be around long enough to figure out who he is."
"Whoever he is." Wonwoo muttered before shoving past Junhui, the subject itself made his queasy. Deciding that disconnecting from the conversation was a good idea.
"And someone's being a little suspicious right now." Junhui whispered to no one other than himself.
