Cho Lee's POV
Mark is being cured by the doctor in his room. I had a feeling that Mark doesn't want me around, so I just went out.
I was walking in the city of Seoul, but then I felt the pang of thirst. Good thing, my favorite Bubble Tea shop was just around the corner.
I went in and was greeted by the friendly cashier by the counter.
"Hey Cho! The usual?" He asked
"You know it!" I said
I occupied the last empty booth. The shop was packed today.
A girl came in the shop, she went to the counter and ordered her tea. I sensed she was looking for a booth, but like I said, all were occupied.
She went up to me. "Uhm hi, mind if I join you?"
I just nodded. She's kinda weird, I mean, she's indoors but she's wearing sunglasses.
"Thanks." She smiled as she sat down.
I was wearing a hoodie, with the hood on my head, I forgot to bring it down.
She got a good look at my face. "Uh.. Cho? Is that you?"
How did this chic know me?
"Wha-"
"Remember me?" She said as she took off her glasses
Oh now I do.
"It's me! Yau Zhen Chow, remember? From Hollywood Arts, I was in your dance class."
"Of course Zhen, I wouldn't forget you."
It was true. She was older than me, yet we were the best dancers in class.
Because of that, we had a little tension going on with dancing.
"Remember our little competition before?" She asked, then took a sip of her bubble tea.
"Of course, I wouldn't forget that too."
"So, do you have a job right now?" I asked, since she was older than me, she's like 18 now. Maybe..
"Yeah, I do."
"Where? What do you do?" I said, taking a sip from my own tea
"I work at Hollywood Arts now."
"As a dance instructor?" I asked
"No, silly." She giggled
She doesn't teach dance? Weird.
"Really? What do you do then?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I'm their acting teacher."
"That's interesting." I nodded
I looked at my watch,
"Uh Zhen, I have to go."
"Can I uh, come with? I wanna spend more time with my friend. I don't even know what you do now." She smiled
"Sure. Let's go." I said, shoving my things into my bag.
We were walking by the JYP corridors. I got an urgent call about Mark, I was being called to his room. I told them I was already in the building. I faced Zhen.
"Zhen, I have to go somewhere. You can just go to the information booth, ask where my dorm is and tell her your a friend of mine."
"Oh..uh..okay." She nodded
I gave her a smile and ran to Mark's room.
Zhen Chow's POV
Crap, I don't know where the information booth is. But I just stared as Cho Lee's silhouette faded in the distance.
I just turned around and continued walking...trying my best not to look lost.
I can't get the thoughts out of my head. You know, thoughts like, what if I get lost in the building? What if I bump into an idol here and embarass my self?
I felt something bumped into me, then before knowing it....my butt sat on the floor.
Unfortunately, due to those thoughts, one of them did happen. Not really an idol but I bumped into someone.
"Oh gosh, sorry. So, so, sorry." He said, extending his hand out.
I rolled my eyes and took it. The guy was handsome. Good looking even!
Is he a trainee here?
"It's okay." I said in english. Wait. What if he doesn't understand that? I forgot.. I'm in Korea.
"Good, good. You're not from here are you?" He said smiling, and maybe blushing?
"You understand me? Oh, I mean, yeah. I'm not from here. Came from the U.S." I nodded
"Really? But I'm guessing you're chinese right?" He said
"Yup." I nodded, maybe I'm blushing too.
"Cool, me too. By the way, I'm Jackson." He said, smiling then extending his hand out
"Yau Zhen Chow. Uhm, call me Zhen." I smiled
I realized I was still lost. I gathered up all my courage to ask where Cho Lee's dorm is. I mean, who knows, he might not even know who Cho is right?
"Do you know where Cho Lee's dorm is?" I asked
"You know her? She's our choreographer. A bit mean but she's cool. Sometimes." Jackson said
"Yeah, my old classmate at Hollywood Arts. Wait no. She's more like my competitor. We both dance well then this little feud formed. But we're okay." I said, smiling.
"Oh, okay. Cho Lee's dorm? I'll show you where. You seemed a bit lost earlier. Don't worry, I think I was the only one that noticed." Jackson said, winking.
I turned away so he wouldn't see my blushing face.
