The strange girl sprinted her way out of Max and Alex's confusion, and headed round the corner of the street.

"Wait!" Max Shouted, but she didn't stop. "Alex, walk home without me."

Alex looked at him with a confused expression.

"Whats going on? You don't wanna walk home with me?"

"She could need help! She seemed in such a hurry." Max told him worrying about her. Alex gently held his arm, as if comforting him like he was worried about Max.

"Max, who the hell is this 'She'? Theres no one but us two on this street! I swear you hit your head hard when you fell."

"What? Literally she pushed me accidentally to the ground and looked so scared about it!" He claimed. "Ugh, just go on without me!" Max shrugged Alex's hand off his shoulder and ran the same direction the mysterious girl went. He felt so creepy chasing after her, but he felt like she needed help. Something about her seemed...off. He scanned the corner he ran to, the same way 'She' went. But she wasn't anywhere to be seen. It was almost like She was part of his imagination. He told himself he would just have to let it all go, and pretend nothing happened. He started walking to his house, still confused about that crazy event.

As he arrived at his door and turned the key, he could hear the 'Graham Norton Show'  on the TV. That meant only one thing...Max's Dad fell asleep while watching his favorite show. He attempted to open the door quietly, without waking his Dad. He was right. In the room, his Dad had fallen asleep in a deep snore while watching the TV. Six empty beer bottles were scattered randomly on the living room floor, a packet of cheese balls seemed to have fallen when he fell asleep and missed calls on his phone from Max's Granddad and Grandma. Max decided it was best he let his Dad sleep. Meanwhile, (hearing a million snores later) Max had decided to take control of what his Mum would mostly do on her daily schedule... clean. He was able to make the room spotless! He became tired and bored easily after a long clean. He knew it was worth making it feel like home again though. Max didn't like feeling bored. So he decided it would be a perfect time to unpack the rest of his suitcase, to place his treasures in this spotless new house. In his suitcase, was mostly your typical basic products people would travel with like Toothbrush, headphones, mints etc. Then he came across his favorite treasure. His guitar.

His guitar was the best and last gift his Mother ever got him. He quickly sat comfortably on the bed in his guitar position. He strummed random notes and the guitar still seemed to be in decent tune. He strummed his Mum's favorite song he learned 'Can't Help Falling In Love' by Elvis Presley. It gave him good warm memories of the time when she gave him the guitar. It was his sixteenth birthday, before she passed. But already had lost her hair and in pain. She did really well hiding her suffering from him, and he wished she wouldn't. He wished mostly he could turn back the clock and say his last goodbyes.
