Chapter 17 Sleepover

Kira's POV

Kid walked through the door of the infirmary and I instantly smiled at him. My throat was still a little sore but I tried to speak but he held up a hand a stop me.

"No Kira it is alright you don't have to say anything. The others are coming over for a sleepover and everyone is ok. We can have some fun and because it is a Saturday tomorrow so we can just enjoy it how does that sound. Just nod your head." Kid said and smiled.

I got the impression that he didn't smile often, I've had it for a while but still it is nice to see him smile. I nodded my head and once Stein was done Kid helped me up and we walked out of the nurses office and the school holding hands. I hopped on to his skateboard and enjoyed the ride home.

I found my voice before we got home and asked him something. "Hey Kid, um how long til the eve party at the DWMA". I asked curious.

"Hmm let me think, I believe it is in 2 months. Why do you ask?". Kid said with a smile on his face.

"Um no reason". I said and smiled back. We were silent the rest of the way home. I rested my head on his shoulder. We got home and Kid opened the door. Jack gave me a massive hug, Liz and Patti were next, then it was Maka and Soul's turn. Of course Maka went first then Soul came in and gave me a big tight hug.

"We are glad that you are alright Kira, you had all of us worried, Liz and Patti came to find us". Maka said.

"Where's Black*star and Tsubaki?". I asked.

Kid walked up behind me and put his arms around my waist. "Dad probably told then not to bring him because of how loud he can be, but I have a funny feeling that he will be coming around soon". Kid said and smiled as he kissed my cheek. I smiled back.

Just as that had been said the front door burst open. And of course considering I had just gotten hugs by everyone, me and Kid were right in front of the door still. So when Black*star opened the door, it caused Kid who was behind me to fall on top of me and me to fall to the floor. I had turned on instinct to Kid and put my arms around his neck without thinking. We ended up in a position that was very comfortable.

Kid was on top of me with one arm around my waist and the other out with his hand on the floor, with his legs on the outside of mine. His chest was close to my breasts. My arms were around his neck and I was staring into his beautiful yellow almost golden eyes.

It took a moment for us to realise what had happened then Kid got up and helped me too. I blushed remembered how close a certain body part was to mine. Then Kid turned around and glared at Black*star so was Soul.

"Hahahaha the almighty Black*star is here". Black*star said oblivious to the fact that the two guys were glaring at him. Tsubaki wasn't though cause she saw what happened. So Black*star got hit on the head by Maka.

"I am so sorry for Black*star when we heard what had happened he had wanted to come over to say hi and make sure you were ok. But I am sorry for that I think he is a little too excited tonight". Tsubaki said while nodding her head.

"It's alright Tsubaki I was glad he came". I said with a smile. Kid and Soul took Black*star away to talk to him, about what I have no idea. I was chatting with Maka and Tsubaki, Liz and Patti and Jack were in the kitchen.

After a couple of minutes Black*star came over with Kid and Soul on either side of him.

"Um I am sorry that I knocked you over it was just that I wanted to make sure you were ok, I am sorry Kira". Black*star said while rubbing the back of his neck. I looked at Tsubaki and she was just as surprised as I was. Maka was too.

"Um it is ok Black*star really, and thank you I'm fine". I said with a smile.

"Really YAHOOO THEN LET'S HAVE A SLEEPOVER WOOO". Black*star said in that loud voice of his. Everyone laughed. I looked at everyone it was amazing that I have friends that are so funny and wonderful.

"Hey let's watch a movie". Soul said. I smiled and Kid went over to find a movie. Us girls settled on Mean Girls, the guys sighed but went along with it.

Jack came back with a tray full of hot chocolate. "Hey Jack I didn't know you knew how to make hot chocolate". I said with a smile.

He smiled back and I picked one up and sat down next to Kid. Kid smiled and put his arm around me and I put my head on his shoulder.

Maka and Soul were on the other side of the couch that me and Kid were on, and Maka had her head on his shoulder. Liz and Patti were sitting on either side of Jack. Patti had her head on his shoulder and was going to sleep and Black*star and Tsubaki were sitting there together but not together. Although I thought that I saw a smile from Tsubaki once when she looked at Black*star. We all fell asleep in those positions, it was amazing.
