The arena roars with applause and cheers as the two teams face off in the first round. Kagura is shocked by the thunderous cheers. And I always thought the night was quiet. Boy, was I wrong.
She walks up to get a closer look.
The two teams fight, dodging and attacking, and then getting hit.
The first to go was the red team's, the fire ferrets's waterbender. The very same team's earth and fire benders are then pushed back into zone 3 and the first round goes to the opposing team 'The Golden Temple Tigerdillo'
Round 2 starts and the fire ferrets immediately are pushed back a zone. Kagura spots a familiar water tribe girl cheering for them in what she assumes to be the locker room.
The Avatar is here?
Kagura watches as the fire ferrets win the second round. She decides to go to the avatar and heads down towards the locker room.
But, the building was bigger than she thought and Kagura soon found herself, lost.
"Great." She mumbled.
She decides to take a chance and runs down a random corridor. She's been running around for about 20-30 minutes now. Randomly running about couldn't hurt much.
"You gotta stay light on your feet." She hears someone say and immediately skids to a halt before jogging backwards to where the sound came from.
She took a peek in and saw the avatar with the Fire Ferrets's earth and fire bender. She took note of the many training equipments and came to a logical conclusion that this room was a gym for the probenders to train in. She watched as the avatar began to bounce around on her feet before whamming two earth discs into a net.
Kagura continued to stare, and stare, and stare. The three of them had apparently felt her stares as they turned to stare back at her.
"Uhhh...do you need something?" The earth bending boy asks with his eyebrow raised.
Kagura pondered, then opened her mouth to say something, but closed it before any words came out. She furrowed her eyebrows and crossed her arms, head bowed as if in deep contemplation of something. She opened her mouth again, but soon closed it and repeated the cycle again. When she finally opened her mouth for the third time a mere "Ah" rolled out before she shut her mouth again and ran off at full speed.
Yes, she fled.
After finally getting to meet the avatar, she simply decides to dash off at full speed, leaving the three benders puzzled and confused.
"Uhh...do you know her?" The avatar asks the two boys who simply shook their heads in response.
"Well that's weird." Says the person roasting fish in the middle of a public park.
--------------------------
After running away, she stumbled into a kind soul who kindly showed her the way out. She thanked the person and ran back to her old fart's house.
Ahhhh...what am I doing...I just missed a perfect chance to ask her!
Kagura screamed internally as regret scratched at her. She ruffled her hair in frustration. There goes her perfect chance, to be rid of the curse of bending. Really, what are you doing, Kagura.
