Plot:
The plot is simple – twelve years of Christmas from a person’s perspective. The plot is fresh and poignant. It has not been done before; hence, there is an element of novelty. The story moves along surprisingly fast and just the way a short story should. The ending seems to be the best part, it is bittersweet and lovely and just pure.
Grammar and Vocabulary:
The author of this is known for her grammar and vocab and her books are not famous because there are loads of make out or sex scenes in them. The short story has been written artistically and it makes for good reading. Short, but sweet seems to be the motto.
Verdict:
I simply adore this one because of its sheer simplicity. The story doesn’t have many complications and the author doesn’t forego reality just to appease the readers with a happy ending. I mean, there is a happy ending but it isn’t what the people here at Wattpad are used to and this is what makes the story beautiful and rare.
