-Chapter Three-"Wait, wait wait." Yorath said, shaking his head in slight confusion.
"First of all, what does time traveling have to do with your strain." Yorath asked, holding a single finger out.
"Second of all, how the hell did you time travel?!" Yorath practically screamed. "Dude that's too dangerous, not to mention almost impossible to do."
Percy gave a lopsided grin, giving Yorath no mind.
"For your first question, you see, The Time Strain can only be removed by the one who cast it initially." Percy explained.
"If we manage to capture him alive, I can remove the Time Strain from myself permanently." He added.
"How will you rid yourself of it exactly?" Yorath asked, Percy waved his fingers dismissively.
"It's hard to explain."
"Woah, hold up, this is all messing with my head right now." Yorath said, rubbing his temples.
"Where did you learn all of this?" Yorath asked.
"From father's library." Percy responded nonchalantly.
"How are you so calm about this?!" Yorath asked with wide eyes.
"Simple, don't want my last few days living to be full of nervousness." Percy smirked and stood up, stretching his sore limbs.
"But we're at a certain point in time, not exactly the date of when you got the strain." Yorath pointed at.
"I mean look around."
People wore simple tunics. Their carriages were pulled by horses. Guards were randomly roaming around with swords strapped on their hip. Their whole body covered in metal plating.
"You weren't exactly born in this era." Yorath said with a slight chuckle. Percy sighed.
"I may have miscalculated the time jump." Percy added with dismay.
"Miscalculated? Dude, you screwed up a whole fucking equation!" Yorath laughed out, mocking his brother openly. Percy rolled his eyes and offered Yorath a hand. He gladly accepted and hoisted himself up. The two brothers dusted off the dirt from their shirts and looked around.
"What time period is this exactly?" Yorath asked Percy gave a slight shrug.
"I dunno."
Yorath gave a sigh and looked around, trying to determine what point in time they were in. Percy stretched his sore limbs, his energy was drained, he felt like taking a twenty-four-hour nap. Percy shook his head and tried to rid himself of the tiredness. He couldn't stop and rest. He only had a few days until he meets his demise. Percy was pretty fond of staying alive. Percy looked around, his mind trying to piece on what era they were on. He absolutely needed his energy back to make another jump. He was hoping to find something to rejuvenate his strength.
"I have an idea," Yorath suggested with a bright smile.
"Why not go ask one of the locals and ask them where we are instead of racking our brains and guess where we are, and when." Yorath said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. Percy smirked and gave a slight nod of acknowledgment.
