Cath came home last night. She was fat, so fat that that she had gain a double chin and I couldn't help but notice that she was slightly showing.

"Wow" she muttered looking at me. I felt embarrassed with my weight but smiling I twirled and said. "Sexy huh"

"Very "she told me clearing her throat.
"What are you doing different?" She asked.
Smiling I faked a hand down my throat gagging. She laughed.

"How far along?" I asked as she frowned and looked at me.
"16 weeks why?" She snapped.
"Oh nothing" I chuckled holding my hands up to surrender.

Hormones.

"Thought you'd tell me to kill it again" Her words jab a knife through my heart as I remembered what I had text her that night.
That was mean.
"I'm sorry" I honestly mumbled. "I was upset and cared about you more"

"Well your care drove me away. I didn't want to be around people who can't accept my child, she is also apart of me" cath mumbled.
I walked to her and hugged her for dear life until she chuckled.
" I'm really sorry" I told her.

"Your lucky I love you"
"Me too" I chuckled then looked up at her "So it's a girl?"
Cath laughed throwing her head back, squinting her eyes in the process. "I don't know" She mused, "But I'm Betting Josh it will. You should see his face when we get into this topic" She laughed again. Cath laugh was so contagious I couldn't help but smile along as I rest my head against the side of her plumped rosy cheek

"Can I join?" I heard mom mumbled behind us.

"Sure!" Cath squealed excited.
Mom smiled and walked into the group hug and kissed both of our head before whispering "sorry" into my hair. I became rigid but the awkwardness started as soon as she mumbled, "I love and miss you".

I quickly stepped away as the memory of her under Matthew's arms haunted me once again like it has been doing since the past two weeks.

"Mom" cath told her," I have a secret to tell" she said.

"Me too" I heard mom mumbled as cath dragged her to the dining table. I slowly drag my feet to the stairs.
"You too Kate!" Cath yelled. I sighed and made a 'u' turn to the table as well.

I can't stand to look at her.
I can't stand when she looks at me.
"Mom" cath mumbled biting her lips "I'm pregnant" Cath said.

I looked up to see my mom's expression as cath slowly peeked through her eyes.
Mom was smiling almost to tears.
"Congrats baby" My mother happily whispered. "How far along!"

"Sixteen weeks" Cath smiled. "You're not sad or angry?" She asked.

"Hun your an adult, I'm glad you didn't get pregnant as a teen" My mom grabbed her hand and rubbed them, "I'm happy as long as you are" my mother reassured her.

"Did you visit an OBGN doctor?" Mom asked and cath nodded a yes wiping away a few tears.

"Are you eating healthy" mom asked.
And Cath nodded a yes as she slightly sobbed.
Mom's voice croaked "and parental vitamins?'

"I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do mom" cath croaked trying to clear her throat "hormones" She laughed.

"I understand" mom mumbled as she turn to smile at me but I held my head down just as she looked. I'm scratching my legs up with my fingernail. I wish we would move over this already. I bit my lip.

"Cath" mom sadly called her"Kate" she breath croaking again.

"Your father and I are getting a divorce"

I just knew it. She destroyed our family. With range I bit my teeth as hard as I could while closing my eyes. I could feel the heavy feeling of tears behind my eye lids and I squeezed my eyes to get rid of them.
"What!" Cath yelled surprise as mom cried.

"He left us and took Dylan" She continued.

"Stop lying!" I yelled. I couldn't watch her crucify dad.

"I'm not Kate" She desperately cried with a plea in her voice.
Tears pour out of my eyes as soon as I open them to look at her.
How could she lie on top of everything.
"I caught you cheating mom lying when I know the truth won't help you look good" I also plead, at this point I only wanted the truth.

"I didn't cheat!!" She yelled slamming her hands on the table as she stood.
"He has another child" She whispered and everything turns silent.
"What "cath hardly whisper as she held her stomach.
Mom sat down crying.

"I delivered the baby" she croaked.
Cath was too shocked to speak so I looked at mom feeling horrified.
"Her doctor was sick and I fill in for her and end up delivering her baby" mom shakes her head "He rushed into the room sounding happy as the day he had you guys. I was holding the baby cleaning him up as I smiled at how much he looked like Cath" Mom gently sat down with a sad smile on her face"His eyes was exactly like yours, green with blue rims and his lips was so red and full like Kate. When I entered the room, he was there, his face had an expression that I had never seen before; it was as if he was stuck between being shocked and happy. She didn't knew he was married she didn't know he had three kids only one. Apparently she met Dylan since he was three and they have been dating ever since. In the hall he begged me to not cause a drama, he begged me to understand because he loves her"

"What a piece of shit" cath mumbled.

Everything seems more clear. It was a season of revelation. He had cut me off, my own father, just to comfortably live in his sinful life.

"I begged him not to let you guys know, so we came home every evening for the past two months pretending for you guys sake" Mom cried, I cried, Cath cried.
"Then Kate little drama happened and he gave me the divorced papers and left with Dylan" Mom looked down at the ring on her finger as she slowly take it off.
"Next week I'll no longer be Page but clahar....again" Cath got up and walked over to mom and hugged her crying.
I stood up as well feeling guilty about everything I've ever said to my mother so I heartily hugged her.

"I'm sorry" I whispered.
