Chapter 6

(Kody's POV- Morning)

"Good Morning." I greeted Lumine, as he became more awake.

"H-Hey" Lumine directed his eyes, probably because we snuggled last night. Speaking of, I never really noticed how small and innocent he is.

"We didn't have to watch the movie. We could have watched a different genre" I explained, sitting back down on the messed up covers.

"What genre then?" Lumine questioned in a slightly annoyed tone, as I handed him a cup of water. He took a sip of the clear fluid and I blushed when saying.

"Romance?" I suggested, and Lumine nearly choked. Blood rushed to my cheeks, as I continued to question why I would say something so embarrassing.

"R-Romance?!" Lumine reddened at the suggestive recommendation.

"Romance." I added, as I leaned towards Lumine. I slowly moved my hand towards his, until our hands collided. My hand wrapped around his hand, and his to mine. I leaned closer, my heart still rapidly beating through my ears. He scooted closer towards me, making our lips only inches away.

"Kody I-" Lumine attempted to say before I closed the gap between us. I placed my lips directly on his, we both blushed very hard. I closed my eyes for the amazing collision. His lips are incredibly soft and feel so warm, I can barely think straight. (Pun not intended.)

Disappointingly, I pulled my head away slowly, still questioning if he will be mad.

"That was amazing." Lumine said plainly, as he continued to look into my eyes. His face was flushed with red, how cute.

"Wanna go get some breakfast?" I said, continuing to stare intently into his uniquely colored eyes.

"Y-yeah." Lumine's tail wagged at my words.

Breakfast was silent. It almost entirely consisted of me thinking about the wonderful kiss. I can almost still feel that feeling of his lips against mine, the feeling that I miss so much.

"Elijah is gonna stop by in 10 minutes to play some video games, do you wanna join us?" Lumine  simply spoke, as he poked at his food with his fork.

"No, I'm fine." I attempted to smile, but failed miserably due to the awful thought of Elijah hanging out with Lumine. Darn it, I should have said yes.

When Elijah arrived, he was sure to give me a mean glare. They went into another room and started to play video games. I should see what there up to.

I peered in through a space in the doors side, because it was slightly open. I listened to there conversation without them knowing. I guess stalking runs in the family.

"You're really good at this game, Elijah." Lumine sulked, from repeatedly loosing the game.

"Your just not good at it. Here let me show you." Elijah joked, wrapping his arms around my adorable cutie patootie. He aligned his fingers with Lumines, in attempt to show Lumine exactly what to do.

"So, what you have to do is press A, and then twist your finger, like this, and your character throws the grenade." Elijah talked near Lumine's  bare neck, making him blush uncontrollably.

"Grr." I quietly growled in jealousy.

"Hey Lumine, do you wanna do something more fun?~" Elijah said, kissing my innocent puppy's neck.
