An Unforgettable Summer

Chapter 6

DANNI'S POV

My kiss with Cameron made me forget about every other guy... I thought Cam was just a friend... I look over at Taylor and he looks almost as shocked as me, I look over to see if Matt saw the kiss. He is talking to Carter, phew. I look at Cameron, he is speechless. "I, um... That was nice." He stuttered. "Yeah..." I agreed. "Can we just stay friends... for now..." He said awkwardly. "That is exactly what I was thinking! Thanks Cam!" I said, relieved. "Thanks for what... The kiss or the friend part?" He asked. "Both, I guess.." I shrugged.

I walked over to Taylor. "I seriously thought you were kidding about the whole talk to the other guys thing, and I sure as heck didn't think it would Cam and that you would kiss him." Taylor almost immediately said.

"It wasn't how I pictured it either..." I said. "Did you enjoy the kiss?" Taylor said. "Not really." I lied. "Good, I thought you liked Cameron or something" he said cheerfully. "I really like you Danni." Taylor said. I just stood there because I really don't who I like right now. "Do you like me?" Taylor asked, almost mad. "I don't know" I said honestly. "Well, at least tell me you'll think about it." He was almost worried. "Okay, I will Taylor!" I said.

BLAIR'S POV

When we got back to the pool, Danni went to talk to Cameron. I decided to talk to Aaron, since I haven't really talked to him. "Hey Aaron!" I said. "Hi Blair! So I heard about you, Nash and Shawn, is it true??" He asked, wiggling his eyebrows.

"I guess" I said. "You don't seem to sure about that..." He said confused. "Well, around Nash things are awkward..." I said quietly. "Are things awkward around Shawn?" Aaron asked. "I haven't really spent time with him so I don't know.." I said honestly. "Spend time with both of them- separately -and see if it's still awkward..." He said, damn, Aaron can give some good advice...

After Aaron walked away, I decided not hang out with Nash or Shawn for now, I just want to have fun today. It was really sunny so I layed on my stomach, closed my eyes and tanned for a while... Until someone poured water on my back, I looked up to see Danni.

Sometimes Danni is so annoying...

"BLAIR!! GET UP!!" Danni yelled.

"Why" I mumbled.

"We have a photo shoot at 1pm with Hollister tomorrow! It's already 8:00pm, we need to get back to the house soon." she said excitedly. Ugh, I don't feel like getting up...

"Fine, I will just tell Shawn or Nash that you have a crush on them!" she said into my ear. "I AM UP IDIOT!!!" I yelled. I got up and slapped Danni's arm really hard. "OWW!" She screamed. I just noticed that the guys aren't outside.

"While we were walking home, I asked "what happened to the guys?". "They went to go out to eat or something." She replied.

When we got to the house, we changed into sweatpants and sweatshirts and ordered a pizza. When the pizza got here, we ate some pizza and decided to watch a movie. We decided on pitch perfect and made some popcorn.

The movie started and I heard a knock on the door, I looked at Danni, telling her to answered it. She gave me the same look, and yelled "NOT IT". I walked over to the door to find the boys, all 10 of them (Cameron, Nash, Taylor, Matt, Aaron, Shawn, Jack & Jack, Carter, and Jacob)....

"Whatcha doing?" Cameron asked, while walking in.

"Watching pitch perfect, come on in guys!" Danni said. I sat down next to Danni while the boys walked in. Taylor and Matt raced to the other side of Danni, Taylor won. Matt looked at me, I moved so he could sit next to Danni.

Aaron sat next to me and whispered "I love this movie!". "Why are you whispering?" I asked. He shrugged his shoulders. I rested my head on Aaron's shoulder and I fell asleep.

DANNI'S POV

Taylor and Matt sat next to me, I am getting really tired and it's very uncomfortable in between Matt and Taylor. I look over at Blair who fell asleep and her head is on Aaron's shoulder, Aaron is focused on the movie but he has a huge grin in his face and has his arm around Blair. They would look so cute together!

I see an empty spot where I could sit, I look and both Matt and Taylor are asleep. I get up to move but hands hold my waist and look back and Matt's awake, "Stay." He mumbles. I sit back down and once he falls asleep I go to the empty spot.

The only other ones awake are Aaron, Jack J, Carter and Cameron. I look at the time 10:49 pm. Why is everyone asleep so soon? Then the movie ends, "what movie next?" I ask. "What do you have?" Jack J asks. "Look for yourself." I say, pointing at a shelf full of movies. Jack walks over to the movies, he grabs a movie and puts it in. I can already tell it's Mean Girls....

I go into the kitchen and grab a mountain dew, Carter walks in. "I WANT ONE!!!" He screams, I start laughing and hand him a mountain dew. "THANKS GURLLL!" He yells again. I am so glad I'm friends with this kid!

I go back to the couch, when mean girls ends, I go to sleep but Aaron, Jack J, Carter and Cameron keep watching movies. This night really got my mind off of things...
