Instantly, the Cinderella and the Beast got along into each other in just couple days. Since it were only them who lived on Earth, they were easily bond with the Earth-thingy conversations.

Otherwise, they were just talking about funny moments; Rose with her clumsiness and Travis with his bad-luck-beast. They were oftenly making fun to each other.

Days turned to weeks. Both of them got really close. They went to school and went back home together almost everyday.

One day, Rose knocked the door of Travis' house to pick him up to school. "Morning, Mr. and Mrs. B.", "Oh, come in Rose.", Travis' mom shouted.

Rose politely entered the house and found Travis' parents were having their morning coffee.

"Got earlier today, Rose? Guess Travis isn't ready yet. You could sit with us and maybe have a breakfast.", said Travis' dad.

"Oh thank you for your offering Mr. B, but I just had my breakfast and I'm quite full now.", Rose replied and continued, "Well, I just want to spare more time to go so that we wouldn't be in a rush to school, you know."

Travis' mom nodded, "You two should do it more often. It's good to have some fresh morning air to rouse your fresh mind.", she drank her coffee and then added, "By the way, Rose, you can go upstairs to check out, I'm afraid Travis' still in the deep sleep right now. His room is the left one."

"Thanks Mrs. B, I will go check him out.", Rose began to go upstairs. She thought, 'I went to this house almost everyday but I haven't get a chance to see his room. Pumpkin seeds! I'm very curious —and excited to see his artworks!'

She knocked the door, "Hey Beast, are you ready yet?"

The door suddenly opened, and there was the Beast himself.

"Rose?!? What got you so early today?", his hair was messy like usual. He groaned, indicating that he just woken up. Then opened the door wider to let her come in.

"It's about some fresh morning air thing that your parents said to me. And by the —- way.. *gasped* Pumpkin seeds! Your artworks are sooo awesoome!!", she was hopping in his room excitedly.

He rolled his eyes while seeing the energetic girl. "Whatever Rose. Now I have to take a bath — I promise it won't be that long.", he grabbed a towel and walked to the bathroom inside his room. But before he entered it, he turned around to her like he almost forgot something, "—and whatever you're doing in here, just do not EVER try to open up - or EVEN touch - anything that are covered."

"Okay, I'll try!", she smirked as the boy in front of her leaving to the bathroom.

She explored the room curiously and stunned by every artistic masterpiece that she saw. Paintings and sculptures; he mastered it.

By the time she crossed the other side of the room, there was something in the corner that caught her attention; a very big canvas that was covered by black cloth, covered neatly so that she couldn't see the painting inside.

'Wow what is this? Such a huge thing that had been done by him.', she glanced at the bathroom to make sure it was safe enough, 'Guess a little peek won't hurt..'

Her plan was just to open the corner of the cloth. But since the cloth was a silken thing, the silk cloth slipped in her hand and dropped to the floor, making the painting exposed in front of her.

She froze. Didn't sure what to say, or think.

It was her. The blonde hair girl.

She felt weird to see the painting of herself, not if she knew it.

Her heart beating faster.

All of a sudden, she heard something dropped behind her. She turned around to see Travis stood there with widened eye.

"Ro-rose, it - it's not like what y-you think, it's not like what it seems — I can explain!", he stammered while raising his hands to defend himself.

She was so confused. She just looked at him and then looked back to the painting. Her mouth was open but she couldn't spill out a single word.

But after a silent minute, she seemed to realize something, "Wait a minute..", then her confused look turned out to a laughter.

Travis puzzled, "Hey, what's so funny? I just thought that you might sue me for being a stalker or something."

"Wait here 'till I tell you, this is sooo hilarious!", she went to the door, leaving the puzzled boy.

Soon she came back with her bag and opened it, took out a big sketch book.

But before she let him to take a look at the book, she asked him, "First, let me guess, did you paint it for Prof. Beauty drawing assignment in our first week of school?"

"Well, actually the one that I submitted to Prof. Beauty was the drawing version in my sketch book. But then I decided to make the painting version just for myself, because .... —ah, nevermind.", he stopped there because he just realized that he would go too far by too much talking. "But how exactly do you know that?"

She grinned, opened her sketch book in particular page and gave it to him.

"This was my drawing for Prof. Beauty assignment."

He gasped, "You were also drew me?!?", continued with laughing.

She added, "But that's not the hilarious part. I looked at your painting; me sitting under a tree, wearing my silly boots. It was the first and also the last day I wore it; the day that we just had our assignment and I decided to draw you in that evening. We drew each other in the exact moment!!"

"Wow", he ran out of words.

"I know, right? With all those days and moments we had, how come it turned out that we chose the exact same time. What a crazy coincidence! Haha!", she couldn't hide the excitement.

The boy smiled.

"Do you want to know why I made the painting version of it, even that I didn't give it to my granny?"

"Huh?", she got confused again.

"Because I thought it was beautiful, I mean, you are. And you know what, I prefer to believe in fate rather than coincidence."

He moved closer to her and held her hands. Then continue talking, "So, let's just see where this thing lead us to."

His lips touched hers.
