Chapter .I.

As I remember, I was always the quiet type of teenager, not really shy just loved to stay away from the attention..            Always sitting alone in class my gaze trailing out of the window to the huge trees across the school building..

I was always curious to what could be out there in the immense density of thick trees and fresh humid ground that people called the lost forest. As to why it's been named the lost forest, I don't really know..           

Just rumors saying there was no way getting back home when you ventured deep in this forest..
It would swallow you making you disappear without any traces left like you never existed and in some cases your whole existence would be forgotten by your beloved ones.. Vanishing like smoke in the air they said..                

Others just said that the mysterious forest was habited by supernatural creatures beautiful beyond imagination that would be feeding on too curious humans venturing in the forest.         You choose witch story you believe as for me I believe only what my two eyes can see!

".. rion.. Orion! " I snapped out of my thoughts hearing the English teacher calling me

"Tell us about what's so interesting out there"he said pointing at the trees I so was engrossed with that I didn't see him walking through the large classroom till reaching me who sitting in the back

"Well? " frankly speaking while every girl and boy in class found him sexy, attractive whatever you want I found him a bit scary.. Wondering if he was even human.. Something in him was off.. Like something's dead in them..

"You'll stay after class to help today's cleaning team" he stated before walking away.. Well it wasn't the first time nor the last either and I didn't mind wiping some table! Being the elder of 4 I was always the one doing the chores at home.

The last bell rang with everyone so eager to leave school, I just sat there waiting for the cleaning team to make their appearance so I could get other with the cleaning, go home and have a cuddle session with my bed cauz gosh I just missed my bed!

"Hey man! I can wait so I can drive you home afterward" John my bestfriend since childhood said sitting next to me.
"And we can go to Mac Donald to fetch something reaaal quick" he added wiggling his eyebrown to me with a huge smirk plastered on his face!

I knew why he was so eager to go to mac donald. His crush, Trecie worked there after class and he couldn't just get enough watching her at school all day.
I smiled at the childish face he was making and sighted

"John not today! We went there on Monday, tuesday, Wednesday, THURSday" I said emphasizing with the Thurs

"mann let's just take a day off today cauz I swear this just became a part time job".
He closed his eyes sighting and layed back on his chair
"you're maybe right.. I mean sometimes I just feel like a stalker" I laughed at his confession

"man just confess to her!  You have nothing to lose" I said patting his shoulder

"now just go home, don't worry about me! My house's just 10 min away from school and I need to clear my mind a bit"

"okayy but tomorrow I'm crushing at your house and you gon tell me why you little prick need to clear your mind! I know it's a boobie problem man! I can feel it! " he said nudging me... I just rolled my eyes at him.

He then disapeared behind the double door of our classroom! John's just like a brother to me just like was Joshua... Joshua.. Just thinking about him made my heart ache.. I missed him.. So much.. But no matter how much I grieve, how much I want him back, he's just gone.. Forever gone.
I just shook my head trying to chase those memories that had my vision blurred..

The way to my house was peaceful appeasing... the fresh smell of the forest always had this power over me to calm me down.
I pushed the door welcomed by the smell of freshly baked chocolate cake, my favorite!

"Riri! " two little voices called before I could see my two demons little brothers jumping at me.  They were twins, identical twins!
"Hey warriors" I said kissing the both of them now in my arms..
I walked towards the kitchen where mom was making dinner.

"Hi honey" she said placing a kiss on my forehead..

"How was school? "

"Mom! Just the same! " I don't know why parents had always the urge to ask about school every freaking day.
Placing my brothers back on the wooden floor I made my way toward my room, I needed to take a shower

"Honey! "

"Yes mum!? " I said turning to look where the voice came from

"We're having important guests tonight honey" she said living the kitchen making her way to me.. She looked at me with the look she always had when she were going to say something important

"Honey" she said taking my cheeks in her palms making me look into her deep green eyes that I had myself.

" it's an important dinner, whatever happens please stay polite honey... Do it for me honey... for us and remember, whatever happens I love you, your dad loves you, Eric too even if he's a dick sometimes" she smiled softly even if I could see sadness in her eyes

" no swearing mum! " we both chuckled but my heart was now beating loudly in my chest. .. I was scared

"Mum what is it? You're scaring me"

"Shhh honey" she said wiping the tears on my cheeks.. I didn't even notice then before she started wiping them with the back of her hand. 

Taking me in her frail arms she wishpered "my baby, if it's gets too hard for, always come back to mummy" squeezing m before letting go. .I could see the tears she were fighting

" now go take a shower!" She commanded

"Yes boss! " I said making my way to my room. .I knew something big was about to happen but I didn't want to force her to tell me what it was about. .I will eventually know and soon enough
