"Who is they?" I asked following quick behind adrian. He shook his head and continued walking.

"Adrian!" I yelled trying to get his attention. He kept mumbling to himself. I was loosing my patience. Nobody made adrian this agitated,  and my wolf whimpered at the thought of adrian being sad.

Whats wrong?

My wolf whimpered, begging adrian to open up. He must of heard my wolfs plea and stopped mid rant. When he turned to me i gasped. His face was filled with worry that i didnt understand.

"Whats wrong?" I asked again, as i grabbed ahold of his hands and squeezed them.
"They are coming." He grit out. I shook my head, "Who the hell is they?!" I practically yelled. He was acting like a mad man and i couldnt stand it.

"They want you, Summer. And i wont allow it." His face clouded over with anger and determination. "Im not losing you." He said touching my cheek. I sighed and rested my head on his chest and breathed out.

"Adrian? What is going on?" I asked bringing my hands up to his chest and squeezing his shirt. A yelp released itself from my mouth as he picked me up bridal style and walked towards joshuas pack house. He was starting to scare me as his face set into a stone cold one.

I dug my head into his neck and just breathed hoping it would calm him down. I heard him sigh and physically felt his grip tighten around me.

"Josh!" He yelled when we approached the back yard of Joshes pack house. Everyone was in a frenzy, guards running around yelling out orders. The kids were being ushered inside, i hopped down from Adrians hold and searched the place. I was confused and i felt like i was the only one not knowing what was happening.

I mind linked eden, Something is wrong...

I waited for a response and saw josh running towards me. "You need to go inside. Now." He said sternly looking between me and adrian.

"What the hell is going on?!" I fibally bursted looking at both of them. Eden mindlinked me right after my outburst.

UNKNOWN P.O.V

We were close. I could almost smell her, the scent took over my entire being. She would be mine again. No body would take her away from me ever again.

"Alpha! Were close sir." My beta reported, bowing in respect. I waved him off and continued through the woods. Wolfs scampered around me, sniffing the air for any scents. The hairs on the back of my neck stood up as i heard footsteps.
"Scatter around! There getting closer!" I yelled out orders. Two of my best wolves circled around me, anticipating an attact. I was ready for anything.

I was ready for her. She would complete my entire plan. Everything, layed in the hands of her and her womb. Once i had her everything would fall into place. Both our kinds merged as one.

The two wolves around me growled and stopped looking around and sprinting forward to where they heard the sound.

I was hit up side the head and fell to the floor. I muttered profantities.

Stupid wolves.

My nails and canines extended. I felt my eyes cloud over and everything go dark. My inner demon was in control now and it wasnt going to stop. The wolf infront of me growled. It was a big one, neat brown hair and long sharp teeth. Rich blood pulsating through its veins.

I could hear his heart beating loud-two heart beats? It wasnt a woman that i could tell as we both circled eachother. The beast looked confused. Maybe beacause he thought i would shift?
He must have a mate. My shoulders slumped. This made it harder, a mate. I faltered then came to a quick decision. I ran towards the animal, too fast for it to react in time.

Instead of aiming for its neck i aimed for its abdomin, sinking my teeth into it. I controled myself to not go any further.

After a few minutes the animal lay slumped. Not dead. I could hear the faint beating of his heart. I knew what it felt like to lose a mate. My only weakness.

Thats why im coming for you Summer.
