Shopping and Lunch Time

Christine's POV
It's been a a day or two since Meg has been here and she's been nothing about questions of Erik. Thank god when she goes shopping or something I get to talk to Erik. I go over and knocks in her door "hey what are you doing today?" She groans "I don't know I was going to go to breakfast and look around again. You wanna come with?" She asks i begin to think I could run to Erik's friends and see him. "Yeah sure why not" I laugh softly then I her get up and she opens the door and asks excitedly "really you will?" I nod and she hugs me "yay!!!"

Maybe it would be good for her to go to lunch with Raoul while I go see Erik. "Well hurry up! Let's go!" I laugh and within in 30 minutes she's dressed and ready. "Oh my wow aren't we in a hurry well for lunch today I was thinking we go our separate ways I have to go to a meeting." With my fiancé and his friend. I think to myself her smile goes down a little but she says "oh thats fine I'm sure you have a lot to do with getting or doing your job" I laugh "yeah I don't have one I've been busy with the wedding plans and stuff." She snorts "wedding plans uh huh sure I'm guessing that involves champagne, roses and a nice comfy bed when y'all are talking."

"No! Meg I told you he's traditional!" She looks at me "really ok so how many times?" I start blushing feverishly as I start to stutter "w-we h-h-haven't..." I try and compose myself but she looks at me and then says "really? He hasn't tried to touch you? He hasn't tried to make you fall into his kisses?"

I begin to think of how Erik kisses me how it makes me weak in his arms and when he does touch me it feels like he's lighting my body on fire with sensations I never thought I would experience. I start to let my hand run over my neck and begins to say "he has..." She giggles as I look at her "oh he's defiantly charmer you! So are you lying that y'all haven't made love?"

I smile softly and says not even thinking really "we've done it twice..." I then clamp a hand on my mouth.

Damn it!

"Twice?! Are you serious?!!!" She squeals in excitement "calm down so what!" She rolls her eyes "so the big so what is that y'all are defiantly together!" I snort "yes meg we are!" She giggles "so was it just because or was there a reason?"

I sigh loudly "oops sorry I'll stop I'm just so excited that you are getting married!" I look at her "thank you and yes I know it was just its like we were bound to fall in love" she smiles and hugs me "oh Christine from all the crap you've been through you deserve to find true love! I can't wait to meet him!" I smile and says "well I have to go somewhere real quick go to one of the shopping malls I'll find you soon." I wonder what Erik's doing he hasn't popped in like he said he would. What if this friend of his turned him into the cops! What if he's shipped back to Paris to be hung oh god I hope he's ok! I look in my vanity drawer at the number and begins to call. Ring... ring..... ring.....

Erik's POV
I walk out of the library to see Nadir drinking coffee and reading the paper. "I left you some coffee and food on the counter if you want it." He says putting the paper away "oh Nadir you don't have to do that" I say shortly "hmm I think you should at least have some coffee."

I sigh I haven't seen Christine or heard from her since she left. I growl at him and he gets up "Erik she's fine she's catching up with her friend don't be such a drama about it" he says as he walks over "but what if Meg found out or what if De Chagny came over and tried something again!"

I growl just then the phone rings I look at nadir he looks to it "well pick it up!" I walk over and looks at him then he comes over and picks it up. "Hello." I watch as he talks to the person on the phone then he says "Erik it's Christine she wishes to talk to you." He says I smile and gladly takes the phone "hello?" I smile as she starts talking "oh no I'm fine I'm sorry I was playing when I said I would pop in but I can if you want me to."
