Nina's perspective

Unfortunately, Anonydeath seemed prepared for what I had to ask him, and he showed no signs of hesitation in his answers. He told me he had no idea what I was talking, and left the interrogation room early to deal with some "important business" whatever that meant. I was back in Lowee, trying to piece things together when Emi ran into the room with Taiyo and Midna. If those two are here, then Soleil and Luna must be here too. I walk out of my office, and see them talking on my couch. "Oh, hey Nina!" Soleil called to me. I sat in my favorite armchair, and lounge down for a bit. "What's up? Why are you both here?" I asked. "Just thinking about what Anonydeath told you. Did you find out what that important business was?" Luna asked. "No. I can't get Toshiki to break his firewall, and the security in Eden has been heightened since our last visit. Probably ordered by Anonydeath himself." I tell her. "I see. He must really want to be kept a secret, huh? But is that okay with Peashy? Knowing her father is doing something evil behind her back?" Luna asked. "Ooh~ Since when do you care about little Pea~?" Soleil asked, and nudged her arm. "Shut up, we have more important things to worry about. Anyway, surprisingly, Soleil said she found something." Luna said. "Really? Can you tell me?" I asked. "Of course." She replied, and cleared her throat. "So, somewhere in Eden, there's this unguarded laboratory underneath the Basilicom. It's not guarded, as I said before, but it isn't abandoned either. I think that's where Anonydeath conducts his work and stuff." Soleil told us. "Hm...How do you know it's still in use?" I asked. "I see lights coming through the windows. It's faint, but definitely there." She replies. "I'm surprised you found that out on your own." Luna praised her. "Heheh... I have my ways with women..." She boasted, and stood up. "Anyway, I should probably get going. I promised someone I'd meet them today, and I don't wanna keep her waiting." Soleil said, and was about to fly out when I grabbed her. "No you don't. You're gonna help me get into this lab, and we're stopping Anonydeath." I said. "But...but..." "No buts. Please, Soleil. You're the only person I can count on for this!" I plead. She thought on this for moment, but nodded nonetheless. "Okay fine. But you own me three favors for holding me up on a date!" She said. "Got it. Three flavors." I said. "I said favors! Ugh! Whatever. Let's just go and get this over with so I can leave!" She said, and transformed. I do the same, and follow.

Luna's perspective

Well, I guess while those two are out, I can go see Kona in Zero Dimension. I smile, and walk off to the Frost Caverns near here.

Back to Nina

Once we get to Eden, I could see what Soleil was talking about. It was faint, but definitely there. I could see this from the several shacks scattered around the island. I see Peashy flying toward us, and she stopped in front of us. "Hey Nina. Hey Soleil. Why are you here so late at night? Did you come for a sleepover?" She asked. "No, sorry Pea. We're here on business. Soleil found something shady here under your Basilicom, so we thought we might check it out." I told her. "Right, Soleil?" I asked her, but she was already flying back to Leanbox. "Sorry Nina! But I gotta go!!" She said, and flew off. "Hey!! Soleil! Get back here!! I thought we were in this together?!" I shout at her, but she just continued flying. I sigh, and turn back to Peashy. "Guess I'm on my own again. Don't worry, Pea. I won't damage  any buildings." I tell her. "It's okay! I can help you!" Pea said. "Really? You know it's about-" "Papa, I know. He's not acting like himself. I want to help!" She cut me off. I smile, and nod. "Okay then. Come on. The light is just down there." I say, and fly down to Eden.

Me and Peashy land in front of a little shack with a faint green light. We open the door, and can already hear Anonydeath talking to someone. "I'm trying! I'm trying! I just need a little more time!" Anonydeath pleads. "You've had enough time, Anonydeath! I need those Shares now!" A male voice spoke. The voice was strange, and spoke in a weird accent. "I'm sorry! It's just that Lowee CPU getting in my way!" Anonydeath continued to complain. "Then kill her." The voice the spoke back. "But I'm-" "Fine. If you won't, I will. I've got to do everything around here!" The voice cut him off, and the call ended there. I step out of the hiding spot, and point my Fujin Yumi at him. "Gig's up, Anonydeath! Explain yourself!" I demand. "Gah! It's you!" He screamed, very surprised. "Who was that you were talking to?" I asked. "Well, this is unexpected. But I guess this works well for me. I can just kill you now, and the boss won't be so mad any more." He said, and readied his cannons. I fire my arrows at his cannons, and block them from firing, and causing them to explode. "Ah! You are so rude!" He scolded me. "Just talk and no one gets hurt!" I demand. Peashy came up next me, and took battle position. "Papa! That's enough! Please explain yourself!" Peashy demands. "You too Peashy?! You'd turn on your own father?!" He asked. "Yes! You're not yourself! You used to be super cool, and nice!" Pea shouts. "*sigh* Okay, I give up. I'll tell you the stuff I know." He said, and put his hands up, knowing he couldn't win.

We take Anonydeath up stairs, and he talks about everything. Well, almost. "So...someone is paying you to collect Shares? Why?" I asked. "He said he's a CPU, but I really don't believe him. He's yet to show me his HDD." Anonydeath says. "Do you know his name?" I asked. "Nope. But he claims to be Rei's younger brother." He said. "A younger brother? But I never had a CPU candidate in Tari." Rei steps into the room. "Then it's most likely as Anonydeath says. He's not a CPU." I say. "They why does he want Share?" Peashy asked. "I don't know, Pea. I don't know..." I wonder on this, but couldn't find much answers to it. I decided that it was a lost cause, and dropped the subject. "Okay Anonydeath, you're free to go. Just no more funny business. No conversing with that guy, or anything." I say. "Yes ma'am, I understand." He agrees to the terms, and I transform. "Good. I'll be leaving now, so I'll see you around, maybe." I say as I fly out.
