You're walking down a very dark street, dragging your drunk friend along, in the dead of night. You've been on a party and now its so late, you're barely keeping your eyes open and your body walking.
Cold air wraps around you and you turn to see your friend slurring their words and stumbling, and you tighten your grip on their wrist in order to stabilize them and get them home quicker and go to your own house, to your sweet bed that just seemed to sing to you right now.
Your limbs felt like total jelly as you pressed past your limits, you felt like you were close, but the dark road just seemed to stretch for fucking ever. No houses, no people, no life. What the heck?
Heh, seems you spoke too soon since a tall house came into view, half rotten, with bits of it chipping. It was clear it was very old, and seemed...abandoned.
Whatever, it doesn't matter now. You're too tired to think let alone question an old house on an empty stretch of road.
Or the fact it wasn't there yesterday.
As you're passing the looming structure, your friend stops.
"I have to pee, really bad!"
You roll your eyes, whining, just desperate to get home.
"Can't you hold it??"
You practically beg.
"No, I'll just go in the bushes of this old house."
"Make it quick.." You rub the sleep out of your eyes a little, tho it doesn't help much. You release your tight grip on your friend's wrist and watch them stumble off into the bushes since there was no gate or fence around the house.
As if, it was inviting people in..nah, that couldn't be could it?
You stand there in the cold air, trying not to pass out, waiting for your friend to stumble out of the bushes so you can resume you trip home.
5 minutes, not a sound, but the wind whispering and the trees swaying.
What is taking your friend so long?
Suddenly, the door to the house swung open with a loud bang. The wood chipped and cracked and the hinges barely held up. A gaping black hole stared back at you.
You:
A) Go inside to look for your friend
B) Decide to leave and text her parents to pick her up because you're too tired.
