I hear my phone ding and go to check it and see Jake's number. What does he want now? I check the message
"He's coming." I furrowed my brows and reply.
Me: Who is?
Jake: Connor. My cousin. Get out of town. Take everyone u love with you.
I dropped my phone. He's coming back. He's going to find me. He's going to hurt everyone I love.
Me: when??
Jake: in 3 weeks. He said he wont hurt you. But i dont want to take that chance. I love u tal.
I once again and drop my phone. What am i to say to that. I pick up my phone and replied.
Me: yeah okay um thanks for the warning. Why is he coming back?
Jake: She ran from him and Timothy. Tal he never landed a hand on her. How did he abuse you. He never hurt her. I dont understand how he hurt you.
Me: he never landed a hand on me. He verbally abused me. Is Timothy his child? Why would he think she'd come back here? Come over asap.
Jake: on my way with answers. See ya soon
Me: okay
When Jake got he we went to my room. Heads out of the gutters. We just talked. Once we sat on the bed he spilt everything out. "Timothy is he 1 year old baby. She ran away last month. He spent all this time looking for her. So he not wanting to interfer with your life sent me down to get close to you. He told me not to love you. Not to get as close to you as i did but, i didnt listen and i fell in love with you. So to save you from him and me i broke us up. Iy hurt. Anyway back to the reason I'm here. Has she came by here? Have you seen her at all?" Jake's eyes begged me to say yes i have seen her here. I shook my head. Just then the doorbell rang. Jake glanced at me i just shrugged and went to the door. I opened the door and saw a red head bout 5'6 standing at my door step. She looked up at me with fear anf guilt in her green eyes. I knew it was her. Connor's girl. His baby momma. His world. " Talisa? Is that you? You have to help me. I did something stupid. I need Jake. Where is he?." She talked so fast i could barely understand her. "Um yeah he's inside. Come in. " i stepped aside to let her in and called for Jake. He came into the living room and looked shocked to see her on my couch lookin terrified and guilty.
