=====Ok so real quick just wanted to tell people that if a [ ] doesnt have the P.O.V. thing in it, it is in third person not first =====
[July's P.O.V.]
I walked towards the cabin, silently wondering how my brother would react to me bringing a stranger to the cabin, when the guy behind me tripped. Turning to face him, I said, "I don't think I ever caught your name." "Tim," Tim growled, looking to see what he tripped over. It was a camera. As Tim reached for it, something on it caught my attention. A symbol, carved into the side of it.
The symbol was a circle with an "X" crossing it out. I have seen that symbol too many times to not know better. "DON'T TOUCH THAT," I shout, lunging and smacking Tim's hand away. He gave me a glare, rubbing his hand. It was already turning red from there I smacked it. "What the hell was that for, July?"
"The s-symbol," I stutter, pointing to it. "It's evil!" Tim looked at me, then at the camera, then back at me. "What symbol?" "The one on the lens," I say, still pointing. Sighing, Tim reached forward and picked it up. "There's no symbol," he said, showing me every inch of the camera. And he was right; there was no symbol. It disappeared.
Defeated, I sighed, "Never mind, Tim. I'm just seeing things again." I awkwardly stuck my hand out to help him to his feet, unsure if he'd smack me back or not.
[Tim's P.O.V.]
I stared at July's hand for a while, really wanting to smack it away. But instead I take it and let her pull me to my feet. "Thanks," I mutter, brushing the dirt off of my pants even though there wasn't any dirt. Was I.....nervous? Whoa! Impossible! I mean yeah, July was cute for a girl, but why would I be nervous? Did I........like her? Double whoa! What the hell! I stopped brushing my pants off when I realized that July had continued walking. "Wait up," I called. She slowed her pace, and I ran to catch up to her. (Begin our awkward conversation.... :/ )
"So," I say, "random question, but what's your last name?"
"Marks"
"Religion?"
"Don't have one. They are nothing but a waste of time."
"Team?"
"What?"
''Team, as in gay straight or bisexual?"
"Um, does it matter?"
"Do you have a boyfriend and/or girlfriend?"
"Nope I'm single as a lone wolf."
"That is a very weird metaphor."
"I know."
"So, any hobbies?"
"Reading old books and........" she stopped talking suddenly, her pace slowing greatly.
".....And?" I nag.
"Nothing," she said quickly, speeding her pace to a jog. "It's getting dark. We gotta get home fast." I run after her, my pace only being over a fast walk. Hey, I was a fast runner! The running ended any chance of any more conversatting until July came to a dead hault in front of me. It was unexpected, so I ended up toppling over her.
She muttered something about a clumsy fool before shoving me off. It took me a while to notice two things: one, I was blushing like a mad man; two, we stopped in front of a nice-sized cabin. "We're here," July growls, standing up and walking into the cabin. Reluctant, I enter the cabin. The first thing I see is the tall faceless man standing against the far wall, staring at me and July. Letting out a gasp, I faint in surprise. I hate saying this again, but the world went black.
