L x reader x Matsuda- L ending

The next day you found more information on Kira that you had to tell L. He was in serious danger if you were correct about your theory. You had suspected this person for a long time but had finally got proof today. Light Yagami. He was Kira. You were sure after checking his room and finding a notebook filled with the names of all the victims in a secret draw. Now all that was left was to find out how he kills- before he killed L. You sped up along the path and just as you turned the corner you bumped into someone. "Hey Matsuda!" you tried to smile but couldn't stop worrying. He smiled back. "Hey, Y\N, I have something really important to tell you and..." You cut him off.
"Matsuda, I really need to go. I have something I really need to tell L. We can speak later!" You turned and started running down the street. You glanced backward and looked at Matsuda. Was it you or did he look really down? As you kept running you shook your head. Nothing was wrong with him. He probably didn't get enough sleep. You stopped outside the tower which L was working in. You had to save him. You couldn't let Kira kill him.

Matsuda POV:

I felt like I had been stabbed in the lungs. Breathing became painful. Y\N was going to see L. She was so fixated on that she wouldn't even listen to my confession. I loved her and always would but she had fallen for L the world's greatest detective. I couldn't believe it. Maybe we weren't meant to he-man maybe I was born to be alone. Me. Matsuda the goofy detective. Alone. Forever.

L POV:
 
Everybody jumped when Y\N burst into the room. Her hair was a mess and she was panting. She must have been in a hurry because she didn't even knock. She pointed at Light who was sat beside me. "Light Yagami... You're under arrest.... for the murder of hundreds of criminals.... You have the right to remain silent...." She paused to catch her breath as two police officers and Mr Yagami burst in with a black note book in his hand. I watched as handcuffs were placed on his wrists and he was escorted out the room. Outside lights were flashing, police officers were rushing about. We had caught Kira. It was all thanks to Y\N.

Time skip..... A few days later.

Everybody was moving out of the building we had used for the Kira case. I was squatted on a green armchair in the corner of the room watching everyone. There was one person in particular I wanted to talk to. "Y\N. Come with me upstairs please." She looked at me confused but nodded and walked with me up the stairs. I sat down on the armchair and motioned for her to do the same. She sat opposite you. "Miss Y\N, I would really like to thank you for your contribution to the Kira case. We wouldn't have solved it without you." L looked into your E\C eyes. "Also, I would like it very much if you were to assist me in more cases in the future, Y\N."
"I'd like that" you replied. L smiled.
"There's one more thing I'd like to tell you," he said. He brought his face close to yours. "I am in love with you," he whispered. Before you could reply L's lips connected with yours. At first, your eyes were wide open but then you shut them and deepened the kiss. After a while the two of you drew apart for air. You knew there was a foolish grin on your face and a blush on your cheeks but you didn't care. L loved you. He finally spoke up, "So, I'm new to to this concept of love. Maybe you can teach me a few things?" You smiled and looked lovingly into his eyes.
"Of course I will, we have the rest of our lives to figure it out." It made L happy to hear that. He was in love. He was finally human.
