Chapter 3

A/N: The last two chapters may have been a little boring as it was sort of the same as the starting of Mermaid Melody, but this chapter is going to be pretty interesting as this is the chapter that Marinette meets tikki. The coming chapters are going to be 10 million times more interesting.

Narrator's P.o.v

The teacher had dismissed the class for lunch. Alya and Marinette were thinking of going for a swim as the beach was close by, and they would make it in time for the next class. When suddenly they saw a flash of light in the direction of the beach.

Alya and Marinette took of running as they knew that a flash of light is not natural for the human world.

They jumped into the ocean, as that is where they thought the strange light had come from, and they were right.

Before them was a strange woman with dark brown hair and a purple dress. There was a strong a current around her like it was protecting her.

The two girls immediately knew that this lady was one of Gaito's servant because of her dark look.

The woman let out an ice dragon at the two girls. They screamed.

The two girls somehow managed to dodge the ice dragon.

" Now hurry up and give up already." screeched the strange woman

"Do you know how to use the power of your pearl." asked Alya.

"Umm, no" replied Marinette who had no clue what Alya was talking about.

"Just shout out Pink Pearl voice and you will be transformed."

Marinette did as she was told and in a flash of light she transformed into her idol form. Alya did the same except she shouted out "blue pearl voice" and she changed into her idol form as well.

Marinette had two long pig tails, and she wore a pink short dress, pink gloves and pink boots. Alya had a similar outfit, but hers was blue and she had a strapless dress instead.

Two microphones appeared in front of the two girls.

Marinette P.O.V

A moment later one of my favourite song started playing that I used to sing when I was younger.

"Nanaeiro no kaze ni fukarete

Tooi misaki wo mezashiteta

Yoake mae kikoeta merodi

Sore wa totemo natsukashi uta

Higashi no sora e to habataku toritachi

I realised that the song me and Alya were singing was giving the woman a splitting headache.

"You haven't defeated me yet, mermaid princesses." and with that the woman disapeared.

" How did we give her a headache just by singing a song..... Wait! Were we that bad." I asked

" No, of course not. Gaito's slaves have got terrible taste in music, so as we were singing so amazing, it gave 'em a headache." Alya replied, giving me a reassuring smile.
