Yn and Chresanto's House

"Who wants to help me with the cake?" I asked the kids.

"Me!"

"No me!"

Ariana and Kai ran in the kitchen, "I wanna help mommy!" Kai whined.

"No!" Ariana said with a attitude. "Mommy I want to help."

"But you always help Ari, I never get to help!" Kai cried.

"It's okay girls." I said quickly. "You both can help, Ariana you get the cake mix and Kai I want you to stir it when she puts the mix in the bowl."

"Okay mommy." They both smiled.

They did what was told as I stirred the Chicken Alfredo that was on the stove. Once I was done, I helped Ariana pour the right amount and added vanilla extract inside the mix.

"Kai it's time to stir." I instructed.

Kai began to stir up cake batter and I took off my cooking apron, I walked into the living room and saw Chres and Jacob playing 2K14.

"No fair daddy!" Jacob cried. "Your cheating!"

"A master never cheats." Chres laughed.

Chres shot the ball into the hoop and Jacob threw the controller across the room. "I quit!" He shouted.

I grabbed the controller and put it on the couch,I grabbed Jacob and hugged him. "It's okay baby boy, you'll win if you keep trying."

"It's not fair mommy." He explained. "Daddy always win."

I chuckled and gave him back the controller. "Try again, one more time baby."

He slowly grabbed the controller, I went over by Chres and thumped his ear. "Ouch babe what was that for?!"

"Let Jacob win." I warned.

He chuckled lightly. "Or what wife?"

"Or you won't get none for a whole week, husband." I growled.

He widen his eyes and put the controller down, allowing Jacob to win.

"Mommy look!" Jacob smiled. "I'm winning!"

"Good job baby!" I encouraged.

I went back into the kitchen and saw that the girls were having a hard time with the cake. I sighed deeply. "Girls just set the table, I'll finish this dessert."

They washed their hands and started to set the table, I put he rest of the ingredients inside and put the cake in the oven. After that, I made everyone's plate and put them on the table.

"Dinner is ready!" I shouted to the boys, a couple seconds later Jacob and Chres came into the kitchen, sitting in their chairs. We all said prayer and began chewing up our food.

"So kids." I started. "How was school today?"

"Good." Kai smiled. "I got all my spelling words right on my test."

I gave her a high five. "Nice job! What about you Ari?"

I could tell she was hiding something, she didn't want to say it but I had to get it out of her. "Ariana?" I said. "How was school?"

"I got detention tomorrow." She said honestly.

Chres stopped eating. "Ariana Sapphire August, again?" She nodded slowly. "Why?"
