Phineas is full of himself and even though he cannot communicate verbally with his peers, they know he's a player who enjoys snatching up many hearts. He is not cruel or malicious towards the birds he uses in delivering long distance messages, but he will beat back the wild beasts in the woods he runs in. If he could speak he would be loud and boisterous and flirtatious. He isn't a stickler for the rules and prefers to make and break his own whenever he pleases. Not one to have a heart of gold, he prefers to keep many secrets and blackmails the fellow messengers of his to get what he wants or needs, including having trysts with several girls on duty.
