it was friday morning.
i walked to my first ever job
down at the little cafe.
everyone was kind and greeted
me with happy words.
i was happy to work there
cos the people were nice and
it was an easy job for a good pay.
as i started home i saw ashton walking
out of the gentlemen's club so
i surprised him by grabbing his shoulders
he yelped and sighed as he realized
it was just me.
we walked together and i pulled him
closer to me after a group
of teenaged boys called us faggots
and gave us disapproving looks.
as we neared our street i felt ashton
get ripped out of my arms and i turned
around to see him with a gun to his head
