Truth

You heard him loud and clear that day.

He said..... the "L" word.

Did he really mean that?

Maybe he was just frustrated from Jungkook.

Either way its Sunday afternoon which marks the party to start in about an hour. Your dress is on and your hair is done. Might as well actually try and do make up today.

"Y/N!!!! Are you ready my darling!!" Yells Jin as he busts in your room. He stares at your dress and looks at you for a bit until finally saying "Yoongi picked this out? Wow. He must know what looks good on you." His tone got a bit more suspicious when he sat on the bed.
"So. How long have you two been dating?" There is that father sounding voice again. Your heart drops and you fake laugh the best you can.
"What do you mean? We're not dating. That would never happen...." Youre trying so hard to defend yourself.
"Y/n...you can deny it all you want but I know the look in your eyes when I talk about him. It's the same look he has when I talk about you." Jin sounds so wise but a bit annoying. You sit down on the bed and look at Jin.
"We're not dating. He hasn't even asked me to be his girlfriend. I really like him Jin. I'm just not sure why he hasn't asked me yet..." Burying your face in your hands you let out a couple of tears. Jin pat's your back.
"He's not into all that gushy stuff Y/N. Plus he might just be too dumb to even realize he hasn't asked you yet. He's kinda an idiot." Jins joke lightens the mood a bit.
"Why didn't you tell me you liked Yoongi?" He asks.
"I kinda figured you would be upset about the age, or because he works with you. I don't know. Plus, you never let me date before this. How was  I supposed to know it would go this well?" Jin smiled at your sassy remark.
"No. I just didn't let you date jerks, which seemed to be all the boys who liked you. Yoongi is different. He may be an idiot, but he is not a jerk. And to be fully honest, yoongi really likes you. I've never seen him like this before." Jin says as he gets up from the bed and goes towards the door. You dry your face with a nearby tissue.

"Oh and Y/N," you look at him "maybe you should ask him to be your boyfriend. Sometimes you should take a little control." Jins smile makes you heart feel warm.

Yoongi POV.

He was in the middle of tieing his black leather tie when his phone vibrated. Ignoring it he tossed his phone on the bed.

It vibrated 5 more times.

"What the hell? Who's texting me?" He mumbled to himself as he picked up the phone.

Jin: WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME YOU HAVE A THING FOR MY LITTLE SISTER??????!!!!!!
Jin: HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU KISSED HER??!!!
Jin: SHE DOESNT EVEN THINK YOU TWO ARE DATING!!
Jin: BOI YOU BEST ANSWER ME, YOUR BOSS, OR I WILL COME RING YOUR NECK!!!!
Jin: omg....
Jin: HAVE......HAVE YOU SLEPT WITH HER???????!!!!!!!!
Yoongi: calm down Jin...
Jin: calm down? CALM DOWN?????? HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO REACT WHEN I FOND OUT MY COWORKER HAS FUCKED MY LITTLE SISTER?????
Yoongi: Jin. We may have kissed and yes she slept over once but please believe me when I say WE HAVE NOT HAVE SEX!
Jin: she slept over? When?
Yoongi: does that matter?
Jin: IF YOU STILL WANT TO KEEP YOUR JOB, IT MATTERS!

Yoongi: Friday night. It was just supposed to be a date but she fell asleep and I wasn't going to wake her.
Jin: I know how you are with females yoongi. You use them as arm candy for a little and then shove them to the curb after a week or so. I'm not letting this happen to my baby sister.
Yoongi: good. Then we are on the same page.
Jin: what?
Yoongi: Jin....I'm in love with your sister. I want to see her smile more than I want to see her naked. Honestly, she is my motivation for living now.
Jin: .....you love her?
Yoongi: yeah...
Jin: if you ever break her heart you better not show up to work because your job will already be given away.
Yoongi: wait....are you....giving me your permission to date Y/N?
Jin: I don't know if thats what I would call it since I don't really have a choice but yeah, take care of her.
Yoongi: thank you.
Jin: your cleaning up after the party tonight.
Jin: AND FOR GODSAKE TAKE Y/N ON A PROPER DATE!!!
Yoongi: understood boss. See ya!

Yoongi fell on to his bed with the biggest smile on his face.

Finally, permission.

"I should ask her tonight. I hope she says yes..."

His hands fiddled with a small black box in his hands.
