Ivy's POV: Basically the Red Room was the last place you could be with your family in 2. "Sissy!" I looked up from my hands to see my little brother running toward me, tears streaming down his face. "Jeremy." I whispered running to the middle of the floor, collapsing onto my knees holding onto my sobbing brother. "Jeremy, Jeremy!" I said in a hushed voice, holding his head in my hands. "Look at me, I'm still here. Take care of your sister, Mother?" Now I turned toward my Mother holding my 6 month old sister, "I'm no longer going to be here, I'll be on the Games. You have to take care of them." I said sternly as my Mother nodded "I'm sorry." My Mother mumbled, "Promise to take care of them!" I said as they were escorted out of the building. "Ivy?" I turned to see one of my few childhood friends, "Clove. Oh please Clove don't let them starve!" I cried desperately holding the brunette "I promise. I promise." She smiled sadly, we had know each other since our birth, "Come back?" She asked quietly "I'll try." I said attempting to smile. "Come with me." I nodded as I left the Red Room with the Peacekeeper "Ivy, I know you probably don't forgive me but please-" I turned to the Peacekeeper in disgust, my Father, "Please what?" I spat, he looked down "You left Mother, pregnant! How could you!" I shouted, "I know but please come back. You're all I have left." I scoffed at my Father's weak excuse "I know what I did was wrong but the rush, Ivy, the rush!" I turned my head as I walked onto the train that would transport me to the Capitol with District 2's male.
