Chapter 6 ~ frenemys

'Zara!'
She said my name? Usually she just calls me b**ch or piece of trash or maybe waste of space. But she actually said my NAME?!
'Zara!'
I hear it again and I realise I'm not dreaming. Tia Davis was calling me in what seemed like a genuinely sweet way. This girl was the most popular in school, and she had bullied me for years , so why was she being nice? Nervously I walk over.
'Umm Yes..?' I say arg what a dumb thing to say!
'Come sit with us.'
'W..what?'
'I said , come sit with us.'
Worried , I take a seat.
'I seen you have changed your style?'
'Um , yeah ..'
'I like it.'
'Thanks' I mutter
'Look , about how I may have been a little mean to you in the past.. well I really don't know what came over me , I was under a lot of pressure, I'm sorry.'
She looked genuine, I mean , I knew she was a good liar , but even so , I decided to trust her.

We became friends, I also became friends with her group , Rachel , Melody (mel) , Lilly (Lils) and Dinah (Dee)

It was actually really fun hanging round with them! We had such a laugh together! I never would have expected it!
Rachel is extremely sporty and loves anything active , Mel is the comic of the group , she is thick as anything at lessons , but it was amazing how much she could make everyone laugh , Lils is always dreaming , she is as innocent as a newborn kitten , she makes us laugh at how innocent and dopey she is , and finally Dee is the tough one , anyone lays a finger on us and she will floor them , she makes sure that she is always strongly by us and when she's there , no one can come anywhere near us , and Tia herself, well imagine yourself a classic popular girl - that's Tia she always must have her appearance to perfection. She is also life and soul of a party , always upbeat and bouncy.

I really am starting to enjoy life at school a hell of a lot more!
