Chapter 9 ~ Advice

'Ahh  ! Oh , hi Angela , I haven't seen you for a while!'
'You haven't needed me for a while.'
This was true. I had quite forgot that Angela had even helped me I was so settled with my new life!
'So why are you here now?'
'I'm here about that sleepover of yours.'
'Why what about it? I'm friends with them now.'
'Yes but it doesn't mean you still couldn't say the wrong thing , and I'm here to prepare you for more gossip than your ears have ever heard.'
I sat there confused. Then I started to laugh.
'I know the girls now! I'm fine! Honestly Angela, I am.'
She sighed. 'Look just listen to me ok?'
I rolled my eyes.' Fine. Even though I'm pretty sure I don't need to.'
'Right , rule number one : sleepovers are not for sleeping.'
'I already knew that! Do you think I have been living under a rock?!'
'Just don't interrupt!' She snapped , exasperated.
'Okay! Jees!'
'Where was I? Ah ! Number two : don't do anything too embarrassing , because it will most likely be caught on camera if you do. Rule number three : DO NOT tell them any secrets because you have seen first hand how much they love gossip so before you knew it the whole school would know.'
'But the wouldn't do tha...'
'No. Trust me they would.'
'Now. One last thing. They may say things about people you actually like , do not say anything because it will cause more trouble than it's worth. Also if they give u advice , do what they say.'
All I can do is nod my head in response. I wasn't expecting all that!
'Well , I've got to go. Remember what I said.'
'Oka...'
'See ya!'
And with that , she was gone.

I change my mind. I was thankful for what Angela had told me. I definitely wouldn't have thought about it. I can trust the girls , right? Oh of course I can. Even if they did what she said I'm sure they wouldn't mean to do it to upset me. Still , I'm going to stick to what she said anyways.
