"Keep your head up." Noah said.

"Now try again." I nodded and aimed my sword at him.

Cling! Cling! Cling!

The sword was knocked out of my hand. I groaned.

"Maybe I'm not cut out for this." I said. He shook his head.

"No you can do it. I believe in you." He said.

He got behind me and motioned my hand on how I'm supposed to move the sword.

I looked back at him and smiled.

"I suppose i just needed your assistance." He smiled at me.

"I suppose so."

I looked at the door thinking of a way to get noah out of here my door then opened it was Charles i rolled my eyes.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"I want to help. Let me help please." He said.

"Why?"

"Because i see that you love him and that he's there for you." I nodded.

"My father have it where I can't see him." I went to my desk and handed him a note.

"Can you give him this and tell him that I'm gonna try my best to get him out of there." I said trying to hold back a sob.

He took it and nodded.

"Katherine" i looked up at him.

"There could be a possibility that you might not be able to stop thi-" i shook my head.

"No! I will! I have to."

I was talking to Noah. We were sitting on the grass taking a break from practice.

He had his shirt off i was admiring his tattoos tracing them.

"Do you like them?" I nodded.

"I love them." I looked up at him he smiled and traced my jaw lined.

Before lightly pecking my lips.

Charles pov

I left Katherine's room and went to the dungeons where they were holding noah the guard let me in the room with him he jumped up when he saw me.

"Noah." I said.

"Katherine sent me. She wanted me to give you this." I handed him the note.

He skimmed through it and shook his head.

"What's wrong?"

"She's gonna get herself killed. She wants to attack king Sebastian while they're beheading me and we run off." He said.

"What?! If that doesn't work she could get executed." I said.

"God no Katherine. Tell her I won't allow it. Promise me that you won't stop at any cost to keep her from doing this." I nodded.

"I promise."

He took a chain with a locket from his neck.

"Give her this and tell her that I'm sorry it had to end like this. Tell her she's gonna live a happy life without me and I'm sure of it." I nodded and headed to leave.

"Charles?" I turned around.

"Be good to her. And protect her. There's a lot that you don't know about her." I nodded.

"I will protect her with my life."

I made it back to Katherine's room.

"What did he say."

"He doesn't think you should go through with the plan and neither do i. It's extremely risky. He said that you should live a happy life without him." She shook her head.

"No. I don't want to please make him change his mind." I looked at her with sad eyes.

"You know I can't and won't do that." I handed her the locket.

"You should prepare yourself for his death." She cried.

"I'm sorry Katherine."

"Get out." She said.

"Kat-"

"Get out!" She screamed. I walked out of the room.

"This is all my fault." I whispered closing the door.
