Water is the very first component of life itself. Every normal bodily function includes water. There is a certain amount that you need to be drinking and anything less than that will not be enough to support good cell health and reproduction.
A number of negative effects can happen if you aren't consuming adequate amounts of water:
-Hair Becomes Dry, Thinner At The Roots, And Brittle
-Hair Growth Decreases Or Stops Completely Depending On Your Level Of Dehydration For Extended Amounts Of Time
-The Cells On Your Scalp Become Dry, Shrunken, And Can No Longer Support Strong Hair, Thus Contributing To Hair Loss And/Or Even Balding. How Much Water Should You Be Drinking?
You should be drinking approximately half your body weight in ounces for sufficient cell health. For example, I weigh about 120 lbs. That means I should be drinking 60 ounces of water each day, which is also 7.5 cups. You can also drink more than what is reccomended if you choose to do so. Nothing negative will result and it will help to flush out harmful toxins.
Drinking lots of water can also potentially lessen dandruff caused by dry scalp.
What If You Find Water Boring?
That's perfectly okay. There's a few things you can do to spice it up and make you feel fancy. Try adding lemon, cucumber, blueberries, raspberries, or black berries. Its definitely more fun. There's also many foods you can eat to consume lots of water instead:
🔶Watermelon
🔷Cucumber
🔶Tomatoe
🔷Zucchini
🔶Eggplant
🔷Carrots
🔶Peaches
🔷Cauliflower
🔶Broccoli
🔷Peas
🔶White Potatoes
🔷Celery
🔶Pepper
🔷CabbageThe list goes on and on, but I'll stop there. I don't wanna bore you guys😂
