Chapter 28

Today I'm back at school from being suspended. August is still hiding out at my house. And so far it's been good.

It's now the end of the day and I'm just waiting for Davontae and Ariana to come to the parking lot. I texted them, telling them to hurry up, but I still got no reply telling me there on there way.

" Your Daejah right?"

I looked up, seeing 2 unfamiliar faces. I slowly nodded. " Yeah and y'all are...?" I put my phone in my pocket.

" Dianne and this is my friend." She motioned to her friend.

" Hannah."

I nodded. " Oh okay so..."

" Aren't you friends with Ariana-Marie?"

" Yeah she I actually my Bestfriend... why?" I questioned, looking between them.

" Maybe we shouldnt..."

" Nah I think the fuck y'all should.  Since y'all 2 brought it up, y'all gon have to tell me. So wassup?"

" Okay. So we saw Ariana talking to one of Hailey friends while you were suspended. Then I thought. ' Why is she talking to her when they all got beef together. "

" Okay." I nodded, motioning her to continue. " Then we over heard her sneak dissing about you."

I raised a eyebrow.

" Dianne you forgot that she said ..." They basically told me everything they heard Ariana say when I was suspended.

" So she was hanging out with her for the past 2 days?" They nodded. "Well thank y'all for telling me."

" No problem." They smiled, walking off. I leaned against Davontae car. They finally came to the car and we all got in.

" Hey Daejah."

I ignored Ariana as I scrolled through my home on Instagram. I saw Daejah glanced at me then back at Ariana.  " Daejah?"

I puts my head headphones  then leaned back into my seat.  To be honest I'm pissed as hell. I don't even wanna be around Ariana.  After what I just heard, blew the fuck out of me. Davontae glared at me through the mirror but I ignored it. My phone vibrated in my hand. No doubt it was Ariana.

I didn't respond back to her. Soon as we pulled up to the house, I got out the car. I walked towards the door only for someone to pull me back.

" Girl what did I just tell you? " Imugged Ariana.

" What the fuck is your problem?"

" You!" I yelled. " You!"

" What I do?" Her faced scrunched up.  " Is it cause I ate your fry at lunch today?"

I shook my head. " No."

I began to walk towards the house again. Ariana moved in front of me. " Move."

She shook her head. " 'Till you tell me whats wrong.... or what I did."

I took a deep breath. " You sneak dissing bruh. Yo' ass was hanging out with Hailey and her hoe ass friend, talking shit 'bout me and act like I'm not going to find out about that shit. Ariana I can't believe you, all the shit we've been though together bruh. We have known eachother since we were 5 months, 5 fucking months and you just throwing our friendship away just by talking to them. You know I don't fuck with them, so why? Why would you say all that shit 'bout me to them Ariana? I trusted you. Then you told them I was a hoe for picking August instead of Reese. " I shook my head. I tried to stop the tears from falling but I just couldn't .

Ariana tried to reach out for me but I moved.  " Daejah I -"

" Nope. " I raised my hand up. " I don't want to hear it Ariana." I walked into the house . Momma looked at me concerned.

" Daejah why are you crying? What's wrong?" She hugged me . I wiped the tears that fell.

" I just ... lost my bestfriend momma."

Giovanna.P.O.V.

I rubbed my stomach as I tried to go to sleep. I heard a knock on the door. I pulled my shirt down. " Come in."

I sat up in bed, grabbing my pillow to cover my stomach since I had on a tight tantop. My sister walked into my room then closed the door behind herself. I smiled. " Hey Nia."

" Hey 'vannia." She laid down next to me.

" What you do today?" I asked trying to make a conversation.

" Nothing, what 'bout you?"

" Same." I chuckled lightly.

" Can I asked you something? "

I nodded. " Yeah."

She sighed. " Are you pregnant?" She looked up at me.

" Nia..."

" You can just tell me the truth Giovanna."

I nodded.  " I'm with twins.... how do you know? Did Quincy tell you?"

She shook her. " No, he didn't.... remember when you used your shirt to wipe the water of your mouth when you got done drinking that water?" I nodded. " Thats when I saw the baby bumb."

I leaned back on the headboard." You think momma saw?"

Nina shook her head. " No."

I smiled to myself. " GOOD and PLEASEEE don't tell her."

She nodded, " I won't. Promise."

" Okay."  I removed the pillow from my stomach.

" You got ultrasound pictures?" She asked, smiling.

I nodded. " You wanna see them?"

She smiled.  " Yeah."

I grabbed then out my dresser then handed then to her. " Thats baby A and that's baby B." I pointed.

" They can't see what your having?"

" Nope." I shook my head. " Next month tho', I get to find out, maybe you can go with me."

" I would love too, but I gotta feelin it's a boy and a girl."

" Then I'll take note of that then."
