When You Fish Upon A Star

And the winner is...

Bryce's POV

I turn to Ali and say, "You ready to shock the world one last time?" 

She says, "Of course. That's why I came back Syn." The song begins and the spotlight shines on me and begin dancing the best I have ever done. Halfway through the routine, my first surprise comes out: Todrick Hall. A couple moments later, Tatianna, Alyssa, and Katya come out and we dance like we are the Drag Spice Girls. Time for the surprise. Thank god that we are dancing on an elevated stage. Katya and I do a cartwheel and jump off the stage, landing in a split at the same time Tati, Alyssa, and Ali all land in a split.

The entire ballroom loses it! I hug everyone and go to hear my critiques. Bruno stands up and says, "That right there is the reason why I love my job. I get to witness incredible moments like that." Carrie Ann says, "Bryce, I don't know what to say. You have a constant contender, entertainer, and dancer this entire season and grown so much. I am so proud of the journey you have been on and am excited to see you do great things in the future." 

Len is up next. Honestly, I am terrified because he looks upset. Len finally breaks his silence. "Bryce, I have been hard on you this entire season and it is for moments like tonight. You are one of the best dancers ever and could even be a pro. I have seen you as if you were my grandkid and I have seen the potential in you since the beginning, but I want to push you to be better than your standard. You have delivered every week and I could not be prouder of you."

Tom hugs me and tells me I have been a joy to watch. He then says, "Now to find out your scores, which I could only imagine to be perfect." He was right. My tenth perfect score of the season and second on tonight. That is a new record. I hug Ali and she whispers to me, "We did it babe!" I hear someone call my name and look up to see Jordan waiting with open arms. I run to him and kiss him with so much passion I don't think it is legal. Jordan says, "I'm so proud of you babe! Can't wait to find out the results tomorrow. May the best man win!"

I laugh and get ready for tomorrow night. We also had to learn fusion dances, which everyone got perfect scores. Jordan pulls me aside and says, "Hey, want to sing with me tonight?" I nod and tell him, "Oh, and I am singing a song for you tonight. I think you will like it." He smiles, "I will like it no matter what it is.

I get on stage to sing with Jordan and can tell he is nervous. I kiss him and tell him, "Babe, everything is going to be okay. Your Cinderella is here to save you. Who's the damsel in distress now?" He laughs and says, "This is why I love you."

We just finished our duet and it was incredible. I ended it by dipping him this time and planting a kiss on him. He smiles and we touch foreheads. It's my turn to sing. I look at him and say, "This is for you babe!" 

I turn to the crowd and say, "Thank you for supporting all of us tonight. This song is dedicated to the love of my life. This is his favorite song and I have a surprise for him. Please welcome Olivia Holt!"

Liv hugs me and goes, "Let's begin!"

The song starts and Jordan smiles so big it looks like it is going to fall off. The song Liv and I are singing is O Holy Night by Lea Michele. As I am singing, I look at Jordan talking to a guy and I get a bit sad. I chose this song and pulled strings to do this for him only to have him not care and talk during my performance? Screw him! I finish singing and run off stage.

Ali comes to find me so we can go back on stage. "Babe, what's wrong?"

I look at Ali and just rant, "Jordan had the nerve to flirt with another guy during the performance I dedicated to him. I was going to ask him to move in with me but now I don't want to." She hugs me and says, "Then it will be even sweeter beating him. Let's go out there and show him that he doesn't affect you."

The first results are in and the couple in fourth is Frankie and Whitney. I hug Frankie and he says, "Jordan is worried about you since you ran off earlier." I whispered back, "Good. He deserves to be upset." Frankie just chuckles and wishes me luck. The next results are about to be revealed and honestly, as much as I am pissed off right now at him, I hope it's between Jordan and I. Erin states, "The couple finishing in third and leaving the competition right now is Lindsey and Mark." 

Jordan looks to me and mouths "Congrats" but I can't bare to look at him right now. I just turn to Ali and hug her. I really hope Jordan gets the message that I am pissed at him.

Jordan's POV

What is going on with Bryce? He was so happy and loving earlier and now he is acting like a little kid throwing a tantrum. I ask Lindsay what is wrong and she says, "Ask Frankie. Frankie seemed to find out earlier and was chuckling. That may be why he didn't hug you." Of course, Frankie and Bryce got really close.

I walk over to Frankie and say, "Hey Frankie. Do you know what is wrong with Bryce? He is ignoring me and giving me the cold shoulder?" Frankie laughs and says, "Oh now you want Bryce to pay attention to you? You don't deserve it." Before I get a chance to find out more, Tom signals to us to come back on stage for the final results. I really hope I find out why soon. I don't like it when Bryce is mad at me. I don't even know what I did.

Bryce's POV

Frankie texted me saying that Jordan came to him to find out why I am mad. That hurts! Instead of coming to me, his boyfriend, he goes to someone else. I thought he was different. I squeeze Ali's hand and she looks at me with caring eyes. "Bryce, I love you but please don't break my hand. Everything happens for a reason and you will be okay." I nod and thank her. Tom calls us on stage and Erin begins talking. 

"As you know, this season has been full of twists and tonight is no exception. We have our final 2, Bryce and Jordan. After counting the votes, we have decided that it was too close to call so we are going to have a dance off tomorrow. That's right. For the first time in DWTS history, we are having a dance battle. The twist is called Battle of the Disney Stars and here's how it works. Both contestant chooses one song and can dance to whatever style they want. The only thing is the pros will not be involved in the dance but deciding which of the two songs their celebrity partner dances to. Good luck and we will see you tomorrow at 8/7 CST to find out the winner."

I am pumped! I know what song I want and I know that with Jordan's mindset, he will choose whatever I want. The song I chose is Hear Me Coming by Yung Joc. We both love Step Up and this is our favorite song. Plus, I've always wanted to recreate the beach dance scene.

Fast forward to dance battle

The song starts and as I am about to start, Jordan jumps in and pushes me on the chair. He starts dancing and man is he turning me on right now. He's grinding the floor and replicating the moves of the movie. He is dancing towards so I do the one thing no one thought I would do: I stand up on my chair, do a back flip over him, and land in a split. It's my turn to be sexy.

I push him to the chair and blindfold him. I then take off my shirt and start grinding him. I notice he is getting hard so I kiss him and take off the blindfold. He blushes as he knows that I have total control. I keep it going until he decides to take off his shirt and slap my ass. I act offended, but I am slightly, no, really turned on. We continue going head to head until the song ends and he kisses me again. My anger towards him disappears and I kiss him back.

He whispers to me, "I now know why you were mad and babe, if that didn't prove I only have eyes for you, then I don't know what will." 

Before I can respond, Tom and Erin tell us to come by them for the final results. I am so nervous. I think Jordan won and I am okay with that. People love Jordan's story more than me and I just look petty. I whisper to Ali, "Thanks for a great season and sorry I couldn't get you the win." She says, "It's ok babe. You did incredible and I'm proud no matter what happens." I hug her and wait the result.

Tom finally says, "The person with the highest combined totals of votes and scores and the winner of season 25 of DWTS is..."
