This was going to be the end chapter of my story, "Hybrids - h20vanoss, but I decided was want gonna do that story so, here's the end, sorry.

It has been a year since Jonathan had died.

It was hard for everyone, but mostly for Evan, as you can guess. When Jonathan had fallen that day, he knew his life wouldn't be the same.

He wanted his mate back, the one he loved so dearly. He's tried many times to kill himself, falling off high places, almost drinking bleach, even slicing his own wrists. They would always be ruined though, by one of his friends one way or another.

His sister, Ari had moved in, to help keep Evan safe. She fit in well, as the guys had loved her snowy owl form. Enough of her, this is about Evan, right?

It had been a year now, and Evan was doing a lot better... or so the guys thought.

Evan was hanging out with them more, laughing, smiling, things like that. They thought that Evan had made piece with what had happened, and Evan was happy they had thought that.

It's all apart of his plan.

He still cuts, of course. Not to deep, but not to shallow as well. Always in a hidden space where his sister couldn't see, as she did her daily cheek to make sure he was alright.

Evan just wanted to be with his love, his mate, his 'future' husband. He always thinks about that day.

The day they defeated the people that were trying to kill everyone, when they could live happily.

Jonathan and Evan had gone on a walk, nothing big. They didn't know they were followed, by the leaders mate, Jackson.

He wanted revenge, revenge to the people that had taken his mate. So he planned to kill the one who murdered his love, and leaving the other to suffer.

Jonathan had gotten on one knee, taking a small box out and asking those small words, with big meaning. "Will you marry me, Evan?"

Evan smiled, remembering the tears on his face as he squealed yes, kissing Jonathan. He was happy, but only for a moment until Jackson came.

He shoot down Jonathan, who fell to the side, heaving for breath. Before he died though, he grabbed Evan's hand, sliding the ring onto his ring finger. Whispering 'I love you', and closing his eyes with a smile, one tear sliding down his face before he was gone.

Evan had cried out to him, shaking him and yelling. He had killed Jackson on that day, weeping next to his fallen mate for the rest of the day.

His friends couldn't find him until the next day, Brock hearing the soft sobs of Evan. They had to pull Evan away, having Tyler, Brian and David all helping, so they could berry Jonathan.

-----------------------

It's Evan's first heat week, and everyone's worried about their friend.

He hasn't come out of his room for days, not letting anyone in, not even his sister. They could always here some sobs here and there, shuffling too. Nothing alarming luckily.

They allowed Evan to be alone, as he didn't have Jonathan with him.

One day it had gotten quiet, too quiet in Evan's room. There was no shuffling, sniffing, or sobing. Just... silence.

No one thought anything of it, until the next day. It was the same, no noise, scaring everyone.

Ari asked Craig if he could pick the lock, which he gratefully agreed to too.

They didn't find Evan on his bed, instead there was a note. Ari read it, covering her mouth as she ran to the bathroom.

The scream that rang through the house made everyone run upstairs. When they got to where Ari was, they all stopped, not knowing what to do.

Craig hugged Ari, hiding her head in his chest, as he hid his in her hair. Tyler picked the boy up, who was a lot lighter then he should.

There was so much blood, and it was still seeping through the cuts on the owls wrists. His wings feathers every where, some being forcefully removed. Blood was aswell gushing from his wings.

They barred the owl next to his mate, the racoon. They even had a little funeral like they did with Jonathan.

---

The paper on Evan's bed moved, like there was wind in the room. It moved as if something- or someone was holding it carfully. There were tear drops on the paper, before everything went still in the room.

The note had read; "I am sorry, for everything. I can't live without Jonathan anymore, I just can't. This is my goodbye to you, my friends. Ari, I'm so sorry. You gave so much just to make me better, you all did. I love you all, you're my family, everyone of you.

Jonathan, I'm going to be with you, my Love. I hope we will be happy once again. I will see you again, Love."
