backstory; Hazel was born with her powers, somehow unknown to her parents. Both her and her brother joined the military. She was there for Project Rebirth. Hazel fought along with her brother, and earned the same rank as him. (Sorry it was boring. It kinda gets more interesting here) When Steve went on his last mission, he forced Hazel to stay home. Hazel and Peggy talked to Steve until he went into the water. As soon as he disconnected, Hazel made it her goal to find her brother, even if it meant her disappearance too. Hazel spent about a week looking for Steve in the ice before she went down too. Because She went in later then Steve, Hazel was found 5 years earlier then Steve. When she woke up, Hazel couldn't bare to go back in to battle because it reminded her of Steve. So she turned to pageants.
