Backstory:Clara was created due to fun night between a drunk Peggy and Howard. She raised by her mother mainly and small times with her father. Clara gets her looks, accent, and personality from her mother and smarts from her father. She learned hand to hand combat and how to use a katana. Now Clara is CEO of her own company, Carter Industries, where she designs and manufactures weapons for SHEILD, and currently trying to harness energy in strange ways, like using sewage water, kinetic energy from gyms, or by walking.
