•Serena's POV•
It had been three days ever since I had arrived in this strange timeline and still, nothing changed. I went to school and went home everyday. No excitement, no nothing. I sigh slightly as I trudge through the snow to my house.
I hear someone call my name. "Serena!" I started off faint but began to get louder as time progressed. Then I notice Dawn is standing beside me. "Did ya hear?!" She says enthusiastically. I shake my head slightly. "There's gonna be a new student at school tomorrow!" She says. I tilt my head slightly. She says she saw an extra name on the roster for the next day. I roll my eyes in disbelief and trudge further on.
By now the light snow is picking up. Where was my house? I feel memories begin to slip away as I feel shivers come up my body. Dawn had left to go shopping. So that left me alone out here. I sigh loudly and keep trudging.
•Hours later•
I've been out for hours now. No food, no shelter. Where is my house? I try to think of my previous path. My footprint had already been covered up by the snow. I feel as if my body is freezing as I sit in this white field. No one around me. I sit down to accept my freezing fate. I feel my eyelids close. And then there's complete darkness... I've found something... the missing piece...
