Chapter 12: Leo's Leaving and A Girls Trip To Port Angeles

The Next Morning

I woke up the next morning bummed out because Leo's leaving today. I lazily got ready for school (outfit, makeup, and hair style above) then grabbed my bag and headed downstairs to see Leo with his bag.

"Where's dad?" I asked.

"Charlie already went to work." Leo informed.

"Are you leaving?" Bella asked with a frown.

"Yeah, I have work back in San Francisco." Leo nodded.

"Well it's been nice having you around, have a safe trip. Oh and tell the girls I said hi." Bella said then made her way into the kitchen.

"I gotta go now Sky." Leo stated.

I sighed and gave him a big hug.

"I'm gonna miss you big brother. Tell the girls I'll miss them and I'll hopefully visit soon. And if I'm lucky with a friend."

"I'm gonna miss you too little sister." Leo sighed hugging me back. "And I will. But let's just hope I don't have to send this friend to purgatory."

I let out a small laugh and we both let go I gave him a small smile and wave before he shut the door and orbed back to San Francisco.

I frowned and went into the kitchen grabbing a banana for breakfast.

"You gonna miss him?" Bella asked.

"Yeah, but what can you do? Right." I sighed.

"You wanna ride with me to school today so you're not alone?" Bella asked.

"I'd like that. Thanks Bells." I smiled.

Later
Last Period Class

School went by fast and since it was a rare sunny day everyone ditched class, even the teachers, to soak up some vitamin D. So here I sat with Bella and unfortunately Jessica since none of the Cullen's were in school.

"They're not here. None of them are." Jessica said as Bella stopped looking around.

"What? They just ditch?" Bella asked.

"No. Dr and Mrs Cullen yank em' out for camping, hiking, and stuff." Jessica explained.

"Guys! I'm going to the prom with Eric!" Angela said excitedly. "I asked him and took control like you said!"

"Told ya you could do it." I smiled as she hugged Bella and I.

"Do you guys have to go out of town?" Angela frowned.

"Yeah, we kinda of have to go, it's a family thing."  Bella lied as they unknowingly nodded.

"Maybe next time though." I nodded as Angela sent me a kind smile and Jessica put on a fake smile. Bitch.

"We should go shopping in Port Angeles before all the good dresses get cleaned out." Jessica said as the final bell rang.

"Port Angeles? Mind if we come?" Bella asked. What is that girl up to?

"Yeah, we need your opinions." Angela nodded.

So then the four of us left the school, Angela and Jessica met up with us at our place to pick us up after we dropped Bella's car off and left a note for dad.

We've been at this one store for 3 fucking hours as the girls tried finding the right dress.

"I like this one, I just don't know about the one shoulder thing." Jessica told Angela going back into the dressing room.

"What about this one?" Angela asked walking out. "Sky? What you think? Lavender? Is that my color?"
