Alright so school just ended and it was a pretty good day I think.
"Hey Al!" Jake yelled as he jumped up and down.
"Uh yes?" I said as I walked over to him.
"Now's your chance to text the girl!" He said trying to hold back his joy.
"Wait hold up hold up hold up, I don't even know her name YET how am I suppose to get to know her if I don't know her name." I said.
"Her name is Alice, okay?" He said.
"Alright here is the big moment!" I said jumping up and down. I get out my phone go to her contact and then I remembered HOW BIG OF A CHOICE THIS IS. I just froze there with my finger about to touch the screen.
"Hello?" He started to wave his hand in my face repeatedly. Sooner or later I finally snap out of it.
"Have you ever thought of what I should text her..." I asked. His face just froze.
"Well uh no but no, yes, no, yes, I DON'T KNOW JUST TEXT HER HELLO OR SOMETHING!" He started to lose his temper and started to scream. This student looked at us with fear.
"WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT JUST KEEP WALKING OR ELSE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO IF YOU STAY HERE LOOKING AT US!" He yelled. In the time that he was mad I already texted her, "Hey!"
"NOW TEXT HER YOU DOOFUS!" He yelled at me.
"Eh I already did." I responded leaning far away from him.
"Oh..then what did you text her?" He asked. I stood up tall ( on my tippy toes) and look down at him with a smile.
" I TEXTED HER, HEY!" I said with fierce voice.
"AHAHAHAHHA." He started laughing.
"THAT'S IT? JUST HEY? OH MY GOD YOU REALLY DO DON'T HAVE CHANCE WITH HER AHAHAHA." He started to tease me. I just stood there accepting his words.
DING
I got a reply from her. All she said was, "Hi."
"Did she actually reply?" He said.
"Yeah! Take that! She actually replied to me" I said with a smirk.
"Yeah because it means anything." He said with an annoyed look on his face. I then texted back with the best, super, mega, awesome, super, best, thing anyone could, "How are you?"
"So what did you text her now something like, Hi I'm a weeb and I like animeee and manga." He said with a stupid look on his face.
"SHUT UP! You like them too, right?" I said.
"Yeah.." he mumbled.
DING
I got a text back from her! She asked," How did you get my number?"
"Uh... dude she just asked me how I got her number." I said with worry in my voice. We both just froze there because we never actually thought I would get this far.
"Just say, Jake gave me your number because he told me you have a job and I'm looking for one right now." He said. I gave him a thumbs up with a smile.
"Good thinking!" I said.
"Yeah just go text her that," I could tell he was annoyed," never do that thing again around me." He said with a stern voice. I then texted her exactly what he told me.
DING
"What did she reply to you this time?" He asked. I then try to make my face look girly and started to make my voice sound girly.
"She said, Kiss meh babieh." I said in a girly voice.
"Wow, come on tell me what she actually texted you." He said holding back his laughter.
"She said," Jake? I haven't talked to him in like a month maybe we could all meet at your house or his house?" I said with full honesty in my voice. Now this was the big moment that I would either say yes or say no.
