When you join groups, the group posts will appear on your feed. The feed is on your home page. Just scroll down. There are 2 ways to share your feed.
Way 1: Where it says "MERRY CHRISTMAS!!" you can delete that and write what you want. Then press share. There's no message saying 'Your Feed Has Been Shared!' so you might not think it has been shared. Trust me, it has.

Way 2A: See the three squares in the corner of that picture^^? Click on them. Then you should see this:

Click "Update Status."
Way 2B: Just click the "MERRY CHRISTMAS!!"
