The kiss

Y/n's P.O.V
      When we got to the place homeschool and bowers and his gang were we all saw bowers trying to hit homeschooled with a rock when he looked kinda bloody I looked over to Eddie and whispered to Eddie "Eddie!" Beverly grabbed a rock and chucked it at bowers hitting his head as hard as I would admit it but it was a pretty good throw Henry looked at me and Beverly then at Eddie and bill "you guys are trying too hard all you have to do is ask and she'll screw you" He said grabbing his crotch "but as for Y/n you have to get on her good side amirite germaphobe?" I looked over at Eddie and he shook his head at me with anger in his eyes Ben and Eddie both yelled and chucked the heaviest rock they had hitting Henry I smiled at Eddie and soon enough everyone was throwing rocks "ROCK WARRR!!!!!" Richie yelled and he got hit in the face with a rock we all were throwing rocks and Eddie had gotten so mad that he actually went in the water!! I helped homeschool over and then chucked a rock at bowers knocking him down "SUCK ON THAT BOWERS" I said pushing up my glasses hyperventilate Eddie stood over to me and put his arm around me "you know what he said wasn't true" I smiled and turned to Eddie "I know that's why I didn't walk off" we all left and Richie stood behind flipping Henry off with both hands "GO BLOW YOUR DAD YOU MULLET WEARING ASSHOLE" I tugged on richie and he turned to me "you know what you said back there was pretty brave" I looked at him and looked away I can see Eddie's jealousy because he came over to me and wrapped his arm around me I chuckled as Richie walked away "well homeschool at least we have something in common welcome to the Losers club" I turned to Eddie and poked at his name "so I saw you were jealous eddie" he looked at me and choked on his words "me jealous w-what no w-why would I be mayb-e" his voice getting higher at the end I felt heat rush to my cheeks "awe Eddie but why are you jealous?" He stopped and looked at me "you really don't know I thought it was obvious!? Richie said it was" I laughed "oh it is I'll just have to get you to say it somehow" he blushed and tried to say something but nothing came out

Eddie's P.O.V
      Was she just! Was she flirting with me! Y/n was flirting with me!! I tried to open my mouth and say something but nothing came up so instead I thought two can play that game I walked up to Y/n and held her hand she looked at me shocked and I smiled "What's wrong Y/n?" I can see she blushed and I looked at her pushing her glasses up we walked to the park still holding hands I would have thought she wanted to let go I liked it and she seemed to as well when we got to the park I went to get an ice cream "get one for me to Edds" I rolled my eyes "sure Richie" I went to get ice cream and came back with two vanilla cones "here rich" Y/n walked over to us and snatched Richie's ice cream I snickered and she gave me a High five which I returned "nice one!" I said smirking at Richie "why thank you" she said Bowing. We both laughed as we all sat at the benches with mike and Beverly going the club "my dad thinks this town is cursed" I heard things being said one by one "It's like it knows our fears" I swallowed at the sentence "no Richie she wasn't hot!" I clenched my hand and sighed "what are you scared of Richie?" He looked back at the clown on stage while he silently whispered "clowns" my hand gripped more as I felt a hand rest on mine I looked over and saw Y/n she placed her hand on my shoulder and looked me in my eyes in that moment I had comfort I was happy that she was there to help she was there for me and she was there to make sure I didn't go crazy
When it was time to go home we were all riding and I spoke up "I'm gonna ride Y/n home I'll talk later" Y/n smiled and we rode away from the rest of the group to her house she stopped "ok spill it Eddie why were you like that earlier" you bit at your lip a bit and turned around with a normal expression "what do you mean" She got off her bike and walked towards you "oh Eddie kaspbrak I know that you didn't just hold hands with me and say it was nothing!" The more close she got you didn't mind when she got a little to close and your eyes we REALLY close together you couldn't help but stare into her eyes and she couldn't help but smile "Eddie kaspbrak do you like me?" She said I felt my breathing get slower and she can tell as well "Breath Eddie breath" she grabbed my arm and I grabbed her's we were locked into each other's eyes when the tension broke because she kissed my cheek "so Eddie are you driving me home or what?" I felt my cheeked and smiled as I quietly whispered in return "depends" hoping she didn't hear me I got back on my bike as we headed towards her house "WHAT THE FUCK EDDIE YOU HAD THE CHANCE TO KISS HER BUT YOU DIDNT YOU WANTED THIS FROM THE START BUT NOOOOO YOU DIDNT HAVE THE COURAGE TOO" I thought to myself wondering what she thought

Y/n's P.O.V
       "ONE FUCKING CHANCE TO KISS YOUR CRUSH AND YOU RUINED IT HIS CHEEK REALLY!!! WHAT AM I STUPID" you reached to your house as you gave Eddie a really big hug and you turned away but instead you called after Eddie "Eddie!" He looked back to you and you ran after him embracing him in a deep kiss you both back up and you sighed "be safe Eddie" you ran upstairs and jumped on your bed as you replayed that same moment over and over again it was your first kiss and you enjoyed it but you only wondered if he felt the same you sighed and a big smile glanced across your face "I kissed Eddie kaspbrak" you squealed in happiness and excitement you said a little loudly but not too loudly "I KISSED EDDIE KASPBRAK" You jumped back in your bed and you heart pounding as you whispered to yourself "I'm in love with Eddie kaspbrak"
