Time of Missing: Half a month

"So let me get this straight. You four went on the deep web, the most deadly site in the world, and are sworn you found Annie." Levi said, trying to figure out what was being said.

Armin, Jean, Mikasa and Eren were in his office, telling Levi what they had and found.

"Yes." Jean spoke.

"And you are positive that its him." Levi said.

"Positive." Armin said. "He was describing Annie. Detail by detail. And from me being her boyfriend, I knew it was her. I knew it was her, before his typing was completed when he first went on there."

"Is there anything else we should know?" Levi asked.

Armin looked at the floor, and scrunched up his face.

Telling everyone that he was thinking. Armin rubbed his head, trying to remember what else was there Levi needed to know.

Then it hit him.

"The pet store..." He whispered. Armin looked up. "That day, before I went to Jean's house to search on the deep web, Eren and I listened in this conversation this man and the clerk were having. We both knew the conversation seemed a bit off. When the man was talking to the clerk, the man said that his dog broke his chains and was getting these new heavy ones. And I'm talking heavy. He said that he have had the dog for six weeks, and that's how long Annie has been missing."

"Are you saying that the man who bought the chains, is Annie's kidnapper?" Levi questioned.

"Possible." Armin replied.

"Did you get a good look at the guy?" Levi had his pen to a piece of paper.

Armin nodded.

It has been three days since the posters were printed out.

They even had a sketch of the person, that Armin described by detail, that was everywhere on the news.

The sketch even had the same features the posters had described.

I waited patiently for calls or texts. My leg bounced, as I sat on my bed.

They had to find something.

I mean couldn't they just scan the image, and go through thousands of photos until one matches?

Guess not.

The fact of Annie being dead...had became far too real. She had to be alive. She just had too.
