Time of Missing: Four days

They sat out in the field of the school. Armin, Mikasa, and Eren sat under a tree for some nice shade, away from the burning sun.

Armin had his knees to his chest, and he was hugging them tightly, with his head resting on his knees.

Mikasa and Eren sat next to each other, and right by Armin.

Knowing that he missed Annie.

"It's okay man, we'll find her." Eren said. Armin blinked then.

"Four days now." He whispered. "She could be anywhere, she could be dead even."

"Now don't think that." Mikasa said. "You just gotta-"

"What, just sit here and do nothing, while Annie is out there cold and alone without nothing? She could be dead."

"Armin please." Mikasa said. "Can we not do this now?" Armin sighed, and Eren pulled her close.

Knowing she was worried.

They all were.

"Oi, Armin!" Someone called. Eren turned his head, and he froze in horror.

"Oh no." He whispered. Reiner was marching over, with Bertholdt trying to pull him back.

"Please don't Reiner. Please don't." They heard Bertholdt beg.

Reiner, of course, didn't listen and was now by Armin's side.

"Armin, your girlfriend is out there missing and your just here at school, not even searching or trying to find her?" He said.

Mikasa and Eren stayed put, not wanting to be caused into anymore trouble.

Armin growled, and stood up.

"You know what Reiner, for your information I have been trying to find her. But if you don't believe me, then why don't you go and search for her yourself?"

"Because I'm not her boyfriend, like how you are. You were supposed to protect her, and now look what happened Arlert. Look what happened because you couldn't do your job like how you were supposed to! If you would've just protected her, she would still be here, and we wouldn't be in this mess."

"That's it!" Armin lunged at Reiner, and punched him in the face, creating a nose bleed for Reiner.

"Armin!" Eren called. Him and Mikasa pulled Armin away, before things gotten more ugly. "Armin, what the hell!" Eren yelled, once he, Mikasa, and Armin were away from the school.

"Shut up Eren! Just shut up!" Armin screamed. Mikasa then punched Armin in the cheek, causing Armin to do a roll.

She stood, arm reach out, and hand balled into a first.

Armin held his cheek, which formed a bruise.

He looked at Mikasa.

"For the past four days, you have been nothing but the opposite of yourself." She told him. "Yes, Annie is missing, yes, she is your girlfriend, yes, Reiner is right about what he said. But you must control yourself, Armin."

"How?!" Armin cried. "I can't control myself. She was my responsibility, and look what happened Mikasa! I didn't protect her" -he bowed his head -"and it's all my fault."

"The only person who's fault it is, is her kidnapper." Mikasa said. She grabbed Armin's hand, and pulled him along with her and Eren. "Let's go see what the cops have."
