One day of the summer, Jacob came knocking at the Coleman’s door.
Karma’s father opened it. “Hey Jacob. Come on in.” He said. Jacob smiled and walked in. “Hey Mr. Coleman. How are things holding up?”
“Same old same old. Karma’s upstairs in her room.”
“Alright. What’s the curfew for tonight, Mr. Coleman?”
He just smiled at him and shook his head. Little did they know, he knew about them. He knew and the weird thing was- he liked it. Sure, he didn’t like the thought of his little girl with anyone, but if she had to have a boyfriend then he couldn’t think of anyone better for the job than Jacob. He kept this little fact to himself. “Just get her home, Jacob.” He said and went back into his room.
Jake eagerly climbed up the stairs two at a time and knocked on Karma’s door. “I’m heeereeee.” He sang. He heard her laugh from the inside and then there was a click and the door was opening. He quickly stepped inside and closed the door behind him, not wasting any time. He stood so close to her that the only place she could look was his chest. Karma soaked in his aroma and put her hands softly on his waist, gripping the material of his shirt. Something about the way he smelled could make her forget any and every worry she ever had.
He leaned down so that they were in the position to kiss, lips only centimeters apart. He smiled slowly, so badly wanting to take her right here and right now. Although, he knew he couldn’t do that.
Karma was the first to give in, leaning forward to kiss him. She enjoyed kissing him, because. Well, the boy was a good kisser. He was a good everything, she was convinced. Jacob got greedy and his hands started to go places they shouldn’t be going. Once they went up her shirt, she stopped him. “Stop.” She mumbled. “While my dad’s downstairs? Really?”
Jacob was a little confused at her sudden annoyance with him. He looked at her strangely and then went and laid down on her bed. “What? What’re you being such a sour-pussy for?”
She glared at him. “It’s sour puss, dumbass.”
He couldn’t stop the smirk that appeared on his face. “I know what it is, but ever since a certain night…” He quickly flicked out his tongue for a better effect. “I seem to have only one thing on my mind.”
Karma didn’t want to smile- she really didn’t. But she couldn’t help the way she reacted to this boy. “Get out,” She said, still grinning. “I have to get dressed.”
“Nah, I’m good here.” He rested his hands behind his head and crossed his feet. “I’ll watch.”
She picked up a pillow and started hitting him with it. “Get out!” She laughed. He complied. “Fine. Fine. I’ll just go talk to my favorite five year old.”
Jacob got up and left, but not before smacking Karma nice and hard right on the ass. She yelped and yelled at him to get out again. After the door was slammed in his face, he set out down the hall towards Kaya’s room. Once she saw him peeking at the door, she immediately screamed and ran towards him. “J.J!” She said excitedly. He bent down and picked her up and she once again screamed with excitement. He threw her on the bed and began tickling her. Her giggles were the cutest thing to him.
“What the hell are you doing to my little sister, Jake?” Karma was suddenly standing against the door frame, dressed in casual clothes whereas at first she was still in her pajamas. Even though the expression was somewhat harsh, she was smiling. She secretly loved the relationship Jacob had with Kaya.
