Part 5

"Iris hi" Barry awkwardly says and you look between Barry and the woman you now known as Iris.
"Uh Barr, who's this" You smile politely as Iris stared at you with a look of disgust
"Y/n this is my...um uh friend...Iris" He nervously scratches the back of his neck and you put tour hand out for Iris to shake but she just stares at it, making you bring your hand back to your side.
"Iris I'm actually on a date right now so um..."
"Oh, it's okay I'll leave you with your little homewrecker here" She says sharply as you gasp
"Iris" Barry snaps and she just smirks as she stares at him
"Excuse me" You say and she turns her head to you
"Well me and Barry were happily married until you showed up"
"Barry is this true" you whispered and he stared at you unable to say anything so you got your things and stood up but right before you walked out the door you bumped Irises shoulder.

Barry's morning was dreadful as he walked into CCPN just in time to see you walk over to your desk with a bored expression on your face. He carefully walks towards you and you look up to see him, sighing you get out your chair and try to walk away but he stops you.
"Y/n please I-I can explain everything just...just don't leave me again" he begs and you wipe the tear away from your eye.
"What is there to explain Barry"
"I love you alright I know it seems weird cause you met me 2 days ago but when you said it seems like you met me before that's because you did...2 months ago. You came to me from the future and told me so many things about our son Hayden but you had to leave" He stops, waiting for you to say something but you never did instead you turn around and start to walk away when suddenly Barry was in front of you.
"Please believe me y/n I know it's strange but I wouldn't make this up...you never gave me your number so I-I came here to get you back" He begs once again and your eye widened as you realized central city's beloved speedster was right in front of you.
"You're the Flash" you whisper and he nods and grabs your hand.
"Hang on" He says before he takes off and you felt the wind blow your hair back as you clung on to Barry tighter and in a matter of seconds you were in the middle of a lab.
Setting you down Barry watched as you looked around the place in awe but stopping when you saw a long-haired boy drop his lollypop as he stared at you.
"I-I don't understand" You quietly say and Barry grabs you from behind, turning you to face him.
"You're my life y/n I felt so lost when you left you're not in this alone because I'm new to this too just please stay with me" He nuzzles his nose against your cheek and you let out a shaky breath. Everything happened so fast one day you were typing a report the next day you were in the arms of a speedster but if it wasn't for the fact that you loved him you would've denied his story.
"I love you too barr"

The next day Barry woke up to an unfamiliar ceiling so he frowned until he heard soft snores next to him, looking down he sees you asleep on his chest and he remembers everything.
He remembers telling you he was the flash and about your future self, he also remembers taking you home last night and making love to you which is why he didn't recognize the room he woke up in.
Gently sitting up so he wouldn't wake you, Barry stretched and looked at your sleeping form. You looked even more beautiful when you were asleep. You open your eyes to see Barry smiling at you and you groan while rolling over.
"what time is it"
"9:50"
You opened your eyes at this and jumped out of bed, shuffling around your room for appropriate work clothes.
"Shit, I'm late for work Barry you think you can give me a ride?"
"I already did last night babe" He winks and you roll your eyes
"cheeky bastard" you mumble while jumping to pull your skirt up and soon a harsh wind blows against your small figure almost making you fall. You see Barry in front of you with 2 coffee cups from Jitters and you smile.
"What would I do without you" You grab the coffee and struggle to put on your heels but once you finally got them on Barry grabs you and next thing you know you were in front of CCPN.
"Hey babe when's your lunch break" Barry asks while looking at you who was still trying to catch your balance.
"1:30, why?"
"well I wanted to go to Big Belly Burger for lunch" He wraps his arms around your waist and you make a thinking expression and smile.
"I think that's a great idea" you kiss him before walking in CCPN, bracing yourself for your boss "you're late "rant.
Barry on the other hand runs to the CCPD, where he was welcomed by Joe who had a stern look on his face.
"Why didn't you tell me you met y/n"
"so Iris told you huh"Barry sighs
"What do you think...Barr are you sure you really love y/n, the only person you really been in love with was Iris"
"Joe, I really don't want to hear this right now so I'm just gonna head to my office"

3 weeks pass and you grew closer to Barry like really really close. Currently the both of you was at your place on the couch with you in his lap just talking.
"Barry...what was future me like" You look up at him and he laughs while adjusting you in his lap.
"You were incredibly sexy" He smirks and you roll your eyes
"I've always been sexy" you correct and he chuckles
"Can't argue against that one I mean why you think I-"
"You're just a horny man" You say before getting off his lap and he frowns
"Where you going"
"Come on, I have a surprise" you grab his hand and pull him off the couch and well let's just say it was a long night for the both of you.
