Chapter 1~ Who's That?

*****hey guys! Before you read this I'd like to tell you that is a pretty long chapter but I wanted to make sure I got a good foundation for the story. So send me feedback and tell me if I should make my chapters shorter or keep them this length. I wrote this a couple months ago but I didn't want to publish until I felt like it was the best...(I was also too lazy to finish it) And if you liked this please let me know and vote so I can write chapter 2!😘

Leon POV:

Wednesday afternoon

It all started on a nice, summer afternoon when I was walking around the block with my older bros. Earlier that morning, we were at Terence's house because he's the oldest and has his own place. All of them are older than me. It's a pretty complicated story of how we met and why we hang out considering the age difference, but don't worry, I'll explain everything later.

But anyway, while we were at Terence's house we decided we didn't feel like sitting around all day so we were spitballing random ideas of places to go and things to do.

"We could order some pizza," Chris suggested.

"Yeah, but we would still be in the house," Malik replied.

"We could go to the skating rink," Terence also suggested.

"How about we just walk around the block and chill today?" Tre'Von added.

"Sounds good with me," I said. "But I still want pizza, though."

"Alright then, let's go," Terence said. "I'll order some pizza later." We all mumbled in agreement.

In the middle of our little "walk", someone caught my eye. It was the most beautiful girl ever. She was sitting on a park bench by herself for some reason. Terence noticed I was checking her out and had an idea.

"Aye bruh you should get with that, I see you checking her out," Terence said.

"Ight bet," I said and started walk up to her.

"Wait bro, you need a plan," Malik said.

"Trust me, I got this." They all ooed and laughed. I began to walk up to her again.

"Hey, I'm Leon what's your name?

"Denese," she said.

"Why are you sitting here all by yourself?"

"Im just chilling, you know? Waiting for my sister."

"Oh, I see. You mind if I sit here?"

"Um I guess you can," she with a tiny smile. I could tell she was feeling me but didn't want me to know. I sat down beside her.

"I don't wanna sound creepy, but I saw you and I thought you were so beautiful and I want to get to know you better." I saw her smile get bigger. "Do you wanna hang out sometime?"

"I'd love to."

"Great,"

"You know, you might be the first guy who didn't throw cheesy pickup lines at me at first glance. I like my guys straight to the point. "

"Yeah, you know, I'm different then the others."

Ahh, I see. But you can throw in a couple once in a while, I won't mind." She laughed. She had the most adorable little laugh. I couldn't help but laugh too.

She handed me her phone. "Put your number in." I saved my number as "Leon 😘" and gave her back her phone.

"I'll text you," she said with a smile. Then out of nowhere I heard a chorus of ouu's. It was my bros. Denese seemed a little confused at first but she started laughing.
