"The Whole Time?!"

Sam

Within the next few days he started getting better, he was able to move more freely and was finally able to take a shower. It had been almost a week since he had last showered and he felt like a dirty washrag that's been scrubbing dishes for a while without getting washed. (A/N Sorry I put that image in your head but have you seen one before? Its disgusting! Okay I'll shut up and get back to the story) The whole time he had to sit down though which sucked. It felt like he was taking a bath and he never liked baths because of what had happened to his aunt, her getting murdered in the bath when he was little and in the house. After the shower/bath he went back into the room and did his normal thing of sitting on the bed watching T.V. and having nothing to do.

After a while the doctor comes in also with the group. (A/N The group being Colby, Aaron, Corey, Devyn, Kat, Elton, Brennen, and Shea. Yes Shea's apart of the group!) They all go running over to him hugging him except Colby. He stood at the door looking down. He'd been distancing himself ever since their "fight" you could call it.

*"Fight Scene"*

3rd Person POV

"The whole time?!" Sam yelled at Colby standing up. Colby was scared and didn't know what to say. "This whole time you never told me. We've been best friends for over 5 years Colby!" Sam shouted tears falling down his face. "You should have told me that you were gay. Most importantly you should have told me that you had feelings for me a while ago." Colby started crying upset with himself and mad at himself.

"You don't get it Sam! It's so hard to come out, scared of being judged, hurt by the people you love!" Colby yelled back at him which startled Sam. "You don't get the feeling of loving someone and not being able to control it! I love you Sam Golbach and nothing will change that even if you stay with Kat. I won't ever stop loving my best friend... my brother." Colby whips his face and starts to walk out when Sam grabs his arm turning him around and pushing him against the wall with all the strength he had in that moment.

"Don't say that I don't get it Colby, because I do trust me. You know how hard it was to tell Kat that I loved her, do you know how hard it is for me to keep myself from doing something I know I shouldn't?" Colby started breathing heavily as soon as Sam pushed him against the wall, some of it because of how close their faces were and how hard his head hit the wall when he did push him against the wall. Sam looked at Colby's lips for a moment not knowing wither to kiss him or let him go. As soon as he made his decision and was about to do it Kat walked in and Sam let go of him while Colby ran passed her and outside to his car driving home.

*End of Fight*

It's been like 4 days since that had happened, and Colby hasn't talked to him since. Sam frowned and faked a smile quickly after that just as the doctor started explaining that he could go home. A little while later he was all packed up and everyone had left waiting for him at home. Kat took him back to his house and he goes inside up to his room putting his stuff down, then lays down himself. Because his and Colby's rooms are right next to each others he heard him come out of his room, in which he stood up and went over to the door opening it seeing Colby standing directly in front of him looking down. "How did you know I was here?" Colby said looking up.

"I heard your door open and I was about to catch you out in the hall... do you want to come in so we can talk?" Colby nods as Sam moves out of the way letting him in. Sam goes over and sits on his bed while Colby sits in the desk chair. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled at you like that, I shouldn't have hurt you like that either. I'm not mad that your gay, I'm just mad that you didn't tell me sooner. You know I'll always be there for you, your my best friend your my brother and I love you."

Colby chuckles and Sam looks at him confused. Colby raises his head and looks at him. "That's the thing. You love me but not like the way I love you, not like the way I want you to love me or the way that you ever will. You'll always love Kat that way though." Colby was full on sobbing at this point. "I love you Sam and the only bad part about that is that you don't love me back." Colby stood up whipping his face. "I guess this is goodbye to Sam and Colby." Colby said while walking out of the room and Sam sits there tears streaming down his face. Sam then got up and ran after him to see that he was already gone and Corey was in the living room then looks over at him.

"He left man. I'm sorry. I tried stopping him but he wouldn't listen to me." Corey sighed and went over to Sam patting him on the shoulder. "Sorry." He then started going upstairs to his room.

"Co-Corey." Sam said turning towards the stairs and so to Corey. "Did he say where he was going?" He asked and you could tell by his voice that he was heart broken and that made Corey have a deep frown.

"No he didn't say anything about where is was going. He just told me to lay off and leave him alone then he left." Sam nodded then left the house going out for a walk up the hill.
