Courtney's POV: I wake up to my killer alarmclock on my Phone that I always hit snooze on about six times but not today. Today the first time it rang I bounced out of bed ready for the day. Today was the day Ian announced where we where going for Smosh summer games season 4 and I've been waiting on this day for months. I run to my closet and grab some of my trusty signature clothes and quickly put on my makeup, and everything went Smooth. I strolled out to my kitchen and make some coffee for me and take some cookies out from my pantry for my roommate Wesley Johnson who works with me at smosh he's a really nice guy. Today was setting up to be a great day. Wes comes out of his room still in his pyjamas has ironically a picture of the cookie monster on it.
Wes: mornin' Court mmm something smells god
Me: yeah it's your fave cookies
Wes: oh wow what's with you today? You never make me breakfeast.
Me: i guess i was just in mood for giving.
Wes: i'm guessing you're excited for the smosh summer games reveal. Am i right?
Me: aren't you? I ask with a smirk on my face.
He nods and sits down on the chair next to mine and we have breakfeast together. I like wes he's a nice guy and he's been super happy ever since he's been dating mari. After breakfast i wait for Wes to get ready and we drive to the office together in my car. I park my car in my parking slot and get out of my car. Everyone is here already. I lock my car to see that Wes already run inside because he saw mari entering the building.
When i get in the elevator to go to the Smosh Squad office i pick up my computer to send some mails away and when i step out of elevator i turn left and bump into someone that makes me almost drop my computer. It was Shayne.
Shayne: oh my god Court i'm so sorry. He said looking down at the ground hiding his face.
Me: hey Shayne what's wrong? I ask laying a hand on his shoulder
Shayne: it's nothing. He's says shaking his head still looking down.
I gently lift up his chin with my free hand and my heart breaks when i see his face. It looks as if he's been sobbing for hours on end. I've never seen Shayne cry, never. I put down my computer on the nearest table and i put my arms out to give him a hug. He doesn't hesitate he clenches his arms around too release him of his pain and i put my arms him and pat him on his back for support.
Shayne: thank you... he whispers in between his crying breaths.
I was just about to ask him what's wrong but then i hear Ian's voice calling the smosh cast into the office room. I tell Shayne to clean himself up and arrive maybe a little late, i'm guessing he doesn't want everyone too see him looking like this. He nods while he whipped away a tear from his cheek. I give him a condescending smile and then he turns away to go to the bathroom. I grab my computer and head into the office room.
OMG IT TOOK SO LONG TO WRITE THIS BUT I HOPE YOU LIKE IT. IF YOU LIKE IT THEN LEAVE A COMMENT SAYING YOU DO AND THAN I'LL WRITE MORE. I'M GOING TO WRITE MORE ANYWAYS JUST LETTING ME KNOW WILL HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT TO WRITE NEXT. UNTIL NEXT TIME...
